A three-bedroom, private + stylish retreat designed for your comfort and relaxation. This thoughtfully curated home features alabaster bathrooms, adding a touch of sophistication to your stay. With three bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, our townhouse comfortably accommodates up to six people, ensuring ample space for friends or family.
Step into the inviting living spaces, where contemporary design meets comfort. The living room provides a perfect setting for relaxation, with plush furnishings and tasteful decor.
Broome Beach boasts a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to indulge your culinary skills or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast with loved ones. Gather around the round dining table for a meal or take the conversation outdoors to the rear yard. Here, you'll find a spacious patio with a 6-seater table and market umbrellas, creating an ideal setting for al fresco dining or evening gatherings under the stars.
As you explore the outdoor spaces, you'll be greeted by a front yard adorned with charming succulents, adding a touch of greenery and serenity to your surroundings. Whether you choose to unwind with a book on the front porch or enjoy a cup of coffee amidst the succulent garden, you'll find tranquility in every corner.
The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy. Please note there is a storage unit on the lower floor for guest ammentities which are both locked.
We offer meet + greet or if you prefer to keep to yourself and self check-in.
Cottesloe, a coastal suburb in Perth, Western Australia, is known for its pristine beaches and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy the vibrant café scene, explore boutique shops, and take in stunning ocean views. With a mix of historic and modern architecture, Cottesloe offers a charming blend of coastal living and cultural richness. Broome Beach is located in a central hub a short walk to North Cottesloe Beach, beachside cafes, IGA shops, doctors clinic, pharmacy, Physio and gym.
There is plenty of space in the secured carport/driveway to fit two cars. There is also a powerpoint with extension cord to allow for electric vehicle charging.
Cottesloe Beach is a short 10-15 minute walk from the property through the iconic Norfolk Pine lined streets. This property is also a short 10 minute walk to Grant St Train Station. Cottesloe is conveniently located halfway between Perth and Fremantle. It’s 7km away from the famous Fremantle Harbour and about 14 kilometres (8.7 miles), or less than 30 minutes drive, from Perth city centre.
Trains run from Perth Station to Cottesloe Station or Grant St station every 15 minutes and get you there in less than 20 minutes on the Fremantle Line.
This townhouse sits in a group of 4. Please be mindful of our neighbours and be respectful and kind as we a share common driveway access in the rear parking garage. If you need any assistance we are just around the corner to help.
Airconditioning unit is located in the living room and effective coils the upstairs area.
Dyson fans provided for all three bedrooms.
