The heart of the home showcases an airy, open-concept living space where families can gather, complemented by a gourmet kitchen with gleaming granite counters and premium stainless appliances. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create the ultimate beach getaway, from the well-equipped kitchen for family meals to comfortable sleeping arrangements for large groups or multiple families.

The Kokomo Yacht Club pool slides are closed. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. A notification will be provided when they are safe to open. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
