About this house rental

Beautiful 1955 home with lots of natural light in a quiet mountain neighborhood. Sink in and stay with the comfiest beds and everything curated for you to never want to leave. Large private outdoor lounge area with pool, jacuzzi and firepit. Beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets. Right in between Palm Springs & Palm Desert
This house is a 3br/2ba and will be able to accommodate 6 guests.
This space has been carefully curated for a cozy and easily accessible retreat.
The home is 1400 square feet on a large lot with a private and completely fenced in backyard/pool area.
The main bedroom has a King size memory foam bed and french doors that open directly to the pool area and hammock. The main bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower. The open living room and kitchen separate the front of the house to the back of the house. There is a dining table for 6 both inside and outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Brand new appliances... fridge, oven range, dishwasher, blender, drip coffee maker and chemex. The living room is cozy with such bright light from walls of floor to ceiling windows that easily become private with plantation shutters. Hang out relax and interact with some books and games. Smart TV, DVD player and record player
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and large windows with plantation shutters that block out the morning sun so you can sleep in. This is the darkest of all bedrooms. The third bedroom is also a queen bed that has french doors that open to the covered patio and pool area. Theres is a full bathroom adjacent to the back bedrooms so that nobody feels crowded in any area.
The backyard has a built in jacuzzi that is on an easy to use remote. The remote is provided for you and included in your regular rental rate. The pool can be heated in winter months(November-March) for an additional fee($55/day). Please inquire upon booking as it takes several days to heat up to the desired temp in the winter. . There is a charcoal grill outback as well as a built in bar area and dining table for 6 under a covered patio.
There is a pool maintenance tech that comes by Monday and Thursday morning to clean and regulate the water. You may also see a gardener from time to time.
Preapproved dogs allowed with a $50 pet fee. Unapproved dogs subject to forfeiture of security deposit.
