- Driveway Parking for 1 vehicle and neighborhood parking pass for 1 vehicle on a first come, first serve basis
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
- Golf carts are not allowed in Rosemary Beach per the HOA

- 2nd Floor Bunk Suite: Sleeps 2 in a Twin over Full Bunk bed, TV, ceiling fan, desk and chair, entrance to wrap around balcony with cushioned seating, en suite bath entrance to Jack and Jill bath with a combination shower/tub
- 3rd Floor Guest Loft: Sleeps up to 6 in two Queen beds plus a twin daybed and twin trundle, TV, en suite bath with walk-in shower, this is the only room on the 3rd floor
*The home has a separate detached carriage house that is unavailable for guests. For security, the home does have exterior cameras on property pointed at the entrances.
