Adjacent, the third bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and its own cable TV, while the third bathroom provides a convenient tub-shower combo. Step outside to embrace the charm of Key Colony Beach! Complimentary access to a kayak and three bicycles awaits for your exploration. Ascend to the second-floor patio, furnished for relaxation and equipped with a gas grill, perfect for savoring meals amid tranquil canal vistas. With ample parking catering to a boat trailer and 2-4 cars of varying sizes, it's effortlessly accommodating for those planning aquatic escapades.

Step into the inviting main floor, where an open-concept living room greets you with cable TV, seamlessly connected to a fully-stocked kitchen and a dining area bathed in natural light streaming through expansive windows, complete with adjustable roller shades for your comfort. On this level, Bedroom 1 awaits, furnished with a queen bed, cable TV, and its own en-suite bathroom. Adjacent, Bedroom 2 offers another queen bed and cable TV, with a convenient Jack and Jill style bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Upstairs, a distinctive loft-style room awaits, adorned with two sets of twin-sized bunk beds, a crib, and a TV complete with a DVD player, providing an ideal space for hosting extra guests or children.

• Comfortable Spaces: Experience the utmost comfort with fully-equipped bedrooms and living areas, featuring linens, towels, a hair dryer, washer/dryer, central A/C, cable TV in all bedrooms and the upstairs living room, dual living rooms, and a loft-style room with two sets of twin-sized bunk beds.
• Inviting Outdoor Features: Embrace the outdoors with a variety of amenities including a kayak, three bicycles, a convenient fish-cleaning station, a propane grill for outdoor cooking, and an inviting outdoor dining area on the 2nd-floor patio.
••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is not pet-friendly.
••• Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras, but none on the interior.
