The space
On a 556sqm block is this quiet yet oversized renovated double storey home with facilities to suit large groups comfortably. Relax or enjoy some time with family or friends with ample entertaining areas including the backyard, patios, balconies, enclosed BBQ areas and facilities.

The ground level features split air-conditioning systems throughout ensuring the full brick home is in perfect temperature all year round.
- Full kitchen, plenty of storage and two dining areas
- 4 double bed bedrooms with linen provided (1 bedroom is a spare and has no door)
- 2 bathrooms and laundry
- Living room with 65inch TV and leather sofas
- Direct access to outdoor area with all its facilities
For more than 8 Guests, there are portable Single Air mattresses.
High Speed NBN Wifi - (average speed of 100Mpbs)
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including:
- cooking utensils
- blender
- rice cooker
- measuring tools,
- tea, coffee (inc. decaf) and other condiments
- french press/coffee maker and more (just ask us if you need anything specific as well)
Bathroom is complete with:
- hairdyer
- soaps, shampoos, conditioner
- disposable toothbrushes & toothpaste
Internal laundry room:
- Washing machine & dryer
Backyard:
- Huge shared backyard with beautiful white pebbles
- Ample space for large groups to have a BBQ or just relax in the outdoors
- Tables, chairs & outdoor furniture available to use
Boardgames include Monopoly, Chess, UNO & Jenga
Ironing board and iron available.
2 onsite car spaces, on the left handside. Street parking also available

(please inform host if you are intending to use the BBQ/tools as there is extra cost for supplies and possibly cleaning)
(Please also note that this is the ground floor only, the whole house is booked through a separate listing)

Access via driveway on the side of the property or street parking.
Other things to note
- Bathrooms complete with disposable toothbrushes and other toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, handsoap and conditioner
- Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime and Apple TV facility.
- High Speed NBN Internet (100Mpbs)
- 2 onsite car spaces. plenty of street parking.
- Note the 5th bed is a comfortable queen sized portable mattress with spare linen available.
Potential luggage drop off allowed, however please request to arrange.
Optional: If BBQ is used, there is an extra cost for supplies and potentially cleaning. Please inform host. The cost of supplies is $45 per use (unless you purchase own items). Photos need to be taken before and after use of the BBQ.
