Surrounded by greenery in abundance, this peaceful sanctuary is situated in highly secure gated community with swimming pool, in house restaurant and bar (Chargeable), housekeeping services everyday, landscaped garden, pool view balcony, car parking and 24-hours security with CCTV surveillance.
Clutter free and tastefully furnished, the apartment’s warm, well kept aesthetic is prevalent thought with ample natural light streaming through and which has 2 private bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, well furnished open living area with bar counter and kitchen area, fully functional kitchen and an interconnected balcony with entrances from living room and 1 bedroom.
The highlights of a this 2BHK apartment are:
• The open living and kitchen area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and cooking arrangements. The living area is furnished with the comfortable sofa, a highchair, a coffee table and TV. It also as a bar counter with bar chairs and Dining table.
• Tall sliding doors open out to a spacious balcony – the perfect spot to grab some fresh air. The balcony consist of a coffee table and a swing to enjoy your morning or evening cuppa and admire the surrounding vistas of pool view.
• Complimentary high speed WiFi is available too.
• Both the bedrooms feature queen size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, ambient lights and ample closet space. The extra mattress will be provided if the no of people are more than 4.
• The bathrooms are well-appointed with modern fixtures and western sanitary ware, exhaust fan, fresh bath and hand towels and hot water.
• A fully-equipped modular kitchen that has induction with chimney, basic utensils, cutlery, fridge, microwave-oven, water purifier, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine.
• Inverter available for your comfort with back up for 2-4 hours (Since power outage are common in Goa, we’ve got you covered with a partial backup that ensures that the lights and fans are working all the time).
• The housekeeping services will be provided everyday so that everything remains clean during your stay.
• Motorbikes and cars rental available on the gate. Contact will be provided.
The 2BHK apartment is cosy, everything works is great and it feels right at home! A perfect base for your time in Goa!

Guests have access to their entire 2 BHK apartment. This includes :

Other things to note
• Breakfast is not included - however, a kitchenette is provided where you can make or reheat all your meals. Alternatively, you can download the "Zomato" and "Swiggy" apps on your phone and get food delivered right at your doorstep. Delivery Facility available, number and menu will be provided.
• One Original copy of each guest is required. We will keep the soft copy of the same for our own records.
MOBILE & INTERNET COVERAGE
We have the best high-speed broadband internet connection. Please note that mobile/cellphone network in Goa in general can be erratic but inside the house its fairly good.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
An early check-in or late check-out can be provided, based on our availability and cleaning schedule.
EXTRA GUESTS
This space comfortably fits 4. Upto 6 guests can be accommodated in the apartment with extra bedding/mattress which could be made available. Ask the caretaker to help you with it.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our caretaker handles everything for you. He'll get the apartment clean and dishes at a time of your convenience, once a day between 10 am to 5 pm. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request or with a maximum of after every 3 nights.
Laundry: The apartment comes with a washing machine. If you do not wish to wash your laundry, we can provide you with a contact of a laundry service, and you shall bear the charges of the same.
