We stayed in a beachfront pool access room and it was divine waking and dipping into the pool directly off the patio - highly recommend. The venue is beautiful! The spa let down the experience (but not ruin), the spa venue was temporary and not at all relaxing and the staff seemed to not know what they were doing. The sheets on the bed weren’t great and were pilling which made it feel like sand was in the bed. Other than those two things the venue was simply fantastic!

Great room. I think we were upgraded to a suite. Great sea views. Unfortunately only there from 8:00 pm until 5:30 am the next day so we were unable to get the full benefit from such a great room.

Great stay here. Was here for 2 different overnight layovers. Staff was EXCELLENT. Savaira at check in really made a difference. Excellent ambassador for the brand and Fiji! Food was great. Room soacious. Bedding was rough and pilled like sadpaper and beds too saggy soft. Easy from airport! Overall a good option in Nadi.

I paid for a beach view ...this turned out to be a construction site view. Although a new hotel simple design errors one plug in kitchen behind the microwave so no way to plug in kettle or coffee maker, no soap in small bathroom, no instructions on how to use TV and the bedroom one needed manitence man to re program before it would go. Very loud music playing from pool bar meant to late in evening meant no chance of an early sleep for us leaving on early flights. Poor lightning in lounge made it hard to read. I'm not sure who has designed the studio suites but it's disappointing to see basic design flaws.shiwwr has no hot or cold indicator and it took ages to get hot water to flow. Paint work poorly executed and groute on tiles was already discoloured.no instructions on how to use AC unit but manitence man was kind and as he was fixing TV showed me how to use it
Breakfast was good.hotel organized taxi to airport and that worked well
Great cocktail at beach bar earlier in the day and beef burger latter.
Not a hotel I'd return to but for some it may suit

Friendly, warm and fast. As a good check in should be. Room was ready and we are set. Great staff. Front desk at 5 AM and also bag handler. Excellent!

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the friendly and professional service offered by one of the front desk staff, Ms. Ado Vara who is a trainee. She provided her service with a big smile and is genuinely interested in her job, unlike her supervisor who hid in the back and came out with a haughty/rude demeanor when I went to follow up with my request for a late check out earlier. Perhaps the supervisor/ manager has forgotten what she taught the staff, “Service with Smile”!

Enjoyed the great pools, okay beach, friendly staff, awesome breakfast buffet.

We loved the beautiful pools, and property layout. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing! The staff were wonderful!

It was a shanme this property has been renovated cheaply and the lower level rooms have mouldy smells. The food was very average and our sheets were very pilled, very rough. The pool and entrace was nice though.
2.0
Very overpriced for what we received.
It felt like our room was not ready when we checked in.
Bathroom covered in long black hairs. Only one towel.
Zero food options for vegans in restaurants. Cocktails made from strong sugar syrup in lobby lounge.
Over $550 for a night is ridiculous.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Still a bit of construction going on but this didn’t affect us.

If you are looking for a family holiday, this resort might work for you. It is not a 5star property and most likely some more months construction work will continue.

After you leave the lobby, it is very disappointing.
This is a huge hotel under construction. The beach out front doesn’t feel like being in Fiji at all.
It was the saddest beach that I have seen in a long time. We checked in for a 2 night stay and checked out almost immediately and paid to go to another place, which I am so happy that we did even though we were doubling our expenses.
There were some nice staff members but also some employees that didn’t have the warm welcoming Bula spirit that you would expect in Fiji.
The concierge lady wasn’t anyone that I would ever hire.
Spend a little more money and enjoy your stay.
I am not a $$ snob, we spent our first night at The First Landing for a fraction of the price and enjoyed it much more.

Despite the noise coming from construction and lots of children playing in the pool upon our arrival on Sunday, we had a lovely stay. The manager went out of his way to accommodate our concerns regarding the noise and moved us to a quieter room. The staff were exceptionally friendly - greeting us by name. They were gracious and helpful.

Not a bad hotel but most likely 4 stars by international standards. Improvements for 5 stars would be more attention to the finer details such as shower water pressure being weak, no airport transfer given the distance, noise in the room, queuing for the breakfast. On the flipside there were a lot of positives such as the pools, view of sunsets and comfort of the bedding and rooms. Keep in mind the property is still being built and could take some more years to be fully ready.

All the staff from the reception desk to the workmen on the site made us feel so welcome.
We absolutely loved our stay. Our room was large and although it was close to the pool and dining areas as didn’t hear a thing.
We definitely will be back. Thank you all so much for having us.

Excellent service and outstanding customer care.Made to feel. Right at home to the moment you arrive to very day you depart. Such a wide range of cuisines with prompt table service. Paradise is the only word to describe this gorgeous facility.
Would return tomorrow and do it all again.

Just a beautiful hotel, beautiful friendly helpful staff, the room was very clean and tidy overall a really good experience. The staff made you feel welcomed. The main pool definitely has a wow factor! Little did we know there are more pools around the hotel too. The buffet breakfast is for free definitely would rate buffet breakfast as 5 star, you even get free barista coffee with your breakfast. Overall would definitely book at this resort in the future, Vinaka vaka levu.

Weather was amazing. The hotel is ok, there is a construction but didnt really bothered by that. Room was not as clean as expected for a 5 star hotel. The floor felt liked it hasnt been mopped for days. Service is ok, some are excellent, others are quite rude, its hit and miss. Service was slow as well, we ordered a beer by the pool, it came out 40 mins later, though the server was really apologetic. And also they charged fjd 10 as delivery fee for room service.

We trusted reviews which said the on going construction would not impact the stay. This is not true - think again before booking this resort. We were given a room with a view of the construction site (so couldn't use the balcony) and work started early. The pool with the swim up bar was drained and closed. The pool area was overlooked and adjacent to the construction site the new bar which will front the ocean - the website photos are cleverly angled - just think reality vs Instagram. Felt watched and a bit judged by the construction workers the whole time - a number of maintenance/construction workers walking around in the pool area throughout the day. Kids pool had a filter valve issue so was murky. The Kids club was disorganized, our son missed sessions because they ran them at different times to those on the board in the foyer, and having happily taken him on day one, told us on day two he was too young to attend without a parent or nanny. Food - Good (but quite pricey): People: Lovely. Overall - I would not recommend the resort while it is still in construction. I think it has the potential to be impressive when it is complete but now...dusty, noisy and a disorganized for the kids, which is key when everyone raves about Fiji being amazing for kids because of the kids clubs - this is definitely not for you if this is what you are looking for.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Fiji and was upgraded to a suite, which was a delightful surprise. The suite featured a spa bath in the bathroom, offering a much-needed space for a mum of three to unwind and relax.
The hotel lobby bar played lovely, relaxing reggae music in the evenings—an amazing way to start the night. The room service menu included a delicious butter chicken, and the cocktails were simply delightful. The meals served were large, and the buffet breakfast was particularly impressive.
I treated myself to a spa massage, which was very relaxing, adding to the overall experience. However, the hotel is still under construction, and while it will be lovely for Nadi once complete, the current view from my room overlooked the construction site. This wasn't ideal, and I found myself keeping the curtains closed most of the time. This wouldn’t be an issue if you’re out all day exploring.
There were some drawbacks during my stay. The adult pool was closed, so there was no deep pool for adults to swim in or a swim-up bar to enjoy. It was also difficult to find a lounge chair around the part of the pool that was open. Additionally, I hurt my ankle during my stay, and while reception was kind enough to provide a bandage, there was no doctor on-site, which would have been preferable before flying home.
Lastly, there was some hammering and drilling in the mornings, though it wasn’t too disruptive. The food at the hotel was expensive

very spacious and well appointed.
Only issue is night club next door.

The property itself is amazing - pool and restaurants are great! However, room itself was unfortunately very unclean. Lipstick on 2 pillows, hair in the bed and significant amount of hair in room and bathroom. Such a shame, as it did ruin the experience. Could also hear loud pool music from room, from 7:25am, which is not relaxing.

Its a great hotel that will be even better once the construction is finished - I thihk its expensive at the moment while the construction is still causing a big disruption. They start around 0730 am and finish about 5 so sleeping is OK but you cannot sleep in. No mini bar in the room -The fitness center is not good - if you are someone where this is important do not stay here, the free weight selection is terrible and some are falling apart.
Service is great the staff are lovely, the food is good,

Breakfast is good. Evening dining options a lot of things on menus are not available. Homeless drunk people coming up off the beach was disconcerting. Problems with. Leaking pipes, and broken door handles were attended in a reasonable manner. Good value for bottom of the 5 star resort market. Mosquitoes are rife here!

Everything was good but the room I was in had so much dust due to construction. Spending $700 a night and the bathroom had mold with stains on the shower screen. Maybe kids pool should be heated during the time went the weather was cold. Atmosphere was beautiful, lobby restaurants outdoor seating was great.
