About this house rental
Welcome to our spacious and beautiful 4-bedroom family home in a quiet and green location but with great access to the city. Central Cambridge is a lovely 20 minute walk or 7-minute cycle along the river Cam. Also easy access to the Science and Business parks. With a large lounge, and spacious south-facing kitchen and dining area opening leading on to a beautiful enclosed garden.
A perfect family home!
Peaceful road with off-road parking for 2 cars, close local shops and fantastic dog walks
The property has 3 very large double bedrooms and 1 single, all large beds are kingsize. One of the double bedrooms is an impressive family suite with both a kingsize plus a single bed.
There is a large open plan living room and beautiful kitchen/breakfast room opening on to the South-west facing garden with large double glass doors. The property backs on to school playing fields so has a rural feel, even though it is so close to the centre of town.
Guests have full access to the whole house & large garden, nothing is shared.
There is even a secure garage
I look forward to giving guests help and advice, in conjunction with our wonderful on-the-ground manager Nicky. Any advice I can give to make your stay perfect will be very happily given.
A very quiet area of Cambridge but still within easy reach of city centre and North Cambridge Science and Business parks
Parking for 2 cars on the driveway, there is also ample free parking on the road
7 minutes cycle to central Cambridge or a 20 minute walk
This is a very large family home in a quiet very pretty residential street and ideal for dogs

We used all 4 bedrooms and there were 5 of us. One bedroom door did not close and this was reported to the agent to rectify.
We had our og with us and the garden is very secure, within a quiet residential neighbourhood,
We walked in to town, it is staightofrward and took about 20 minutes, or there is a bus. Lovely, comfortable base to explore from.

This home was perfect for our family stay in Cambridge (4 adults and one infant under 1)! Plenty of room for all and a lovely bright, open kitchen area and lounge, as well as a backyard/garden area that we utilized daily. When I messaged before our arrival asking the hosts if there would be access to a highchair, they responded that they would bring one to the property which was really nice of them and a such a huge help for our family. Our stay was comfortable and cozy. My only recommendation would be to add a few portable fans, it was really hot in Cambridge when we were there (83 degrees F) for 3+ days, and hard to cool the house down in the evenings before bed even with all of the windows open. Highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is literally spacious, very clean and of a friendly atmosphere. There is even a piano! We rented bikes for our stay and so the short distance to the city center was just a nice ride.
Everything was simply perfect! We highly recommend the house and will come back if possible.
Thanks a lot!
