This Lakefront property is less than 10 minutes away from Spring Training facilities, State Farm Stadium, Golfing and so much more! Come stay at a home that provides luxury living with top amenities!
The home includes a backyard retreat fully equipped with games, a putting green, paddle boat and pool/whirpool (can be heated for addt'| fee) for everyone to enjoy. We also supply fishing poles for those of you who want to give it a try from the dock! There is an indoor game room that includes a pool table, XBox, and a sit-down multi-game arcade unit, as well as a variety of board and card games.
THE PROPERTY
This lakefront home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It includes a kitchen, dining room, family room and game room.
The beautiful floor plan has views of the lake and mountains from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils and there is enough seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.
The family room and game room are each outfitted with large 65" TV's if you decide on a movie night.
The home comes stocked with a limited supply of your standard necessities such as paper towel, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent and coffee pods.

My kids had a blast here. There was so much to do. Pool, paddle boat, fishing, pool table, golfing. My kids even caught a fish! The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. We Will definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing house over a long weekend. First impression was a beautiful house in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood. The inside of the house was bright, welcoming and comfortable. We were so impressed with how clean the house was inside and out! The game room was perfect for our “young adult” children. The family room was comfortable watching TV at night. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the beds were cozy. The back “yard” was awesome! The pool and hot tub were a perfect temperature. Fishing off the back deck was a big hit with the boys! Our 1st day here a brand new paddle boat arrived, which was so fun to cruise around the lake! Stacy was incredibly responsive with all communication! She allowed an early check in, answered all questions and even gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this house and will most definitely be back!

We had a great week at this house in Glendale. The location was great, it was a nice quiet neighborhood, and my kids loved having the pool right in the backyard to jump into. We were all sad when it was time to leave.

A few negatives like a grill that had to be replaced and a paddle boat too dirty to use makes this review a four star rather than a five star. However, the location, pool, and other amenities like the putting green and game room made our stay a lot of fun. Also, the new owner, Stacy was very responsive to our concerns.

This house was set up well. The owner has thought of every detail and provided tons of extras that prevent anyone from getting bored. A nice quiet neighborhood and being located on the man made lakes is unique. The owner is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Communication with Stacy was fabulous; rooms, beds, bathrooms all very nice; the Keurig with coffee pods ready-to-go saved my caffeine headache the first day we arrived 😊, kitchen was stocked well- we cooked and grilled a couple of meals, putting green/pool/game room we're tons of fun for our family of 7. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not as warm as we had anticipated, which cut down our swimming time. We would certainly stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay! Communication with owner was awesome; check-in process and check-out process was very easy! Home was perfect! We loved having our own pool; the pool was a great size, was very clean, and was heated to the perfect temperature. The home is very, very clean and has everything you need!! The beds are also extremely comfortable!! The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We would 100 percent recommend this home to anyone and will definitely be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the chain of lakes is so lovely. We were looking for a mix of nice weather and some ability to virtually work and that was easily accomplished. Stacy was a fantastic property manager and very responsive which is so appreciated. We would recommend as a lovely getaway location.

This house was immaculately clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for the many meals we prepared. The neighborhood was quiet. The canal was a lovely spot in the morning with our coffees. Great location! Definitely would book again.

What a great place. Beds are comfortable, the entire house outdoors, and pool are incredibly clean. The house activities provided are perfect for downtime, as were the floaties for the pool AND the fishing rods. All around great place. We would highly recommend.

This home is beautiful and in a great location. The property manager was always, prompt, professional and thorough in her communication. The home was exactly as it is in the pictures and was impeccably clean! We will definitely stay here again.

Our party consisted of 2 - seniors, 2 - 40’s, 11 & 8. We stayed 3 nights and could have easily stayed longer! The house was clean, great layout and fun amenities. The pool and spa were perfect, the kids loved swimming all day long. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool table and arcade game table were great fun for all. We can’t wait to stay again!!

Absolutely beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Outdoor area is great with a large pool and nice seating. Perfect home if you are looking for quiet relaxing stay. If you are coming to town to meet up with others the strict occupancy rules (which are made evident in the booking) are the only downfall.

This is the cleanest VRBO house that we have ever stayed at. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The kitchen could use more pans for cooking. The paddleboat was a lot of fun for the family.

This was a great rental. Everyone in the family was entertained, nice neighborhood, great location. We loved the pool, specifically the depth and the basketball hoop w the view. Home had everything we needed, nice kitchen that was fully equipped! The property management team was very responsive.

Rented during a heatwave in the summer and had an absolutely fabulous time. Pictures are accurate. Home is very clean and everything looks new with very fashionable design. Visited the area during this time to babysit 4.5 year old Grandson. He was very entertained. The swimming pool and all the floats and toys were great, as well as the paddleboat, putt putt golf and yard games. Gameroom was great where he played roll the balls in the holes on pool table, used the video game table, and watched TV with perfect kid size chairs. Evenings were magical with the sun shining on the rippling water. After sunset, lights from the neighboring houses reflected beautifully off the water. This place has so much to entertain children, but is also very fun and relaxing for adults. The back of this home has the perfect southerly exposure, which is one of the reasons we chose it. The hosts were extremely attentive to any questions and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice. Overall, great property.

The home is beautiful and is just what is described. The boys loved the pool and fishing. They caught some pretty big fish! We hung out by the pool the majority of the time. The kitchen had everything we needed. Cable is available so we were able to watch the College World Series which was a bonus! Communication with Tammy was immediate and seamless. We will definitely stay there again when we go back. You will not regret booking this home!

Stephanie, the owner, reached out day one to make sure all of our questions were answered. Very clean property. Views were amazing. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Our kids ages 9 & 10 had plenty to do to keep busy. Grocery store close by. We would definitely come back!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property during the baseball spring training season. The house was and amenities were exactly as listed/pictured. The pool was perfect, and the neighborhood was clean and safe. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to any requests or questions. We will definitely be back! We absolutely loved this property and had a blast for our family Spring Break. The house is set up perfectly to accommodate anybody. We had kids (8 and 12) and grandparents with us and everybody was was entertained with the amenities of the home. We fished, paddle boated, swam, BBQ’d, played pool, putted in the putting green, played video games and board games, watched movies on the huge TVs and spent lots of time just enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Plus the house is 5 minutes from hiking trails, grocery store and restaurants. And to make it even better, Stephanie, the owner was so quick to respond (within minutes) to every question we had. Awesome, just awesome! We will be back for sure.

Property was perfect. Even on a rainy day, teenagers were able to stay entertained with all the game options and found time to use the hot tub/pool in-between rain drops. If you enjoy watching the sun rise and the sun on the pool all morning/afternoon this is the place for you. Location was centralized for all our activities we did. I would stay at this location again.

A beautiful house, exactly as pictured. Kitchen was fully stocked, check in and check out was super easy. Great communication with the owner. We LOVED the outdoor space and spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the Arizona sun. One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. The House was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood - we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at VRBOs in PHX many times, and this was the nicest neighborhood that we have stayed at. Having the water view and the paddle boat was a nice bonus vs the brick wall we usually stare at in the back yard. While paddle boating we saw many neighbors that were outside and were very friendly. We would stay here again for sure. Location was good for us finding golf courses as well. I believe this property is managed by the owner - nice to not have deal with a company for a change. Stephanie was always available for any questions, and was very prompt.
