Built in 1969, this mid-century style 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a great layout with step down living room with fireplace, dining area, and a den off the kitchen. High beamed ceilings with skylights bring the nature in. This beautiful property enjoys lots of shade and a magnificent old California Live Oak in the backyard. Neighbors say that the owner planted the amazing redwood trees in the front yard! This home is close to Bristol Farms, CVS, and the Calabasas Farmers market as well as many restaurants.
