The property has been Interior designed with a vibrant colour palette throughout making this a unique place to stay during your visit to York. With 3 bedrooms housing 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, a large dining room, outdoor courtyard, and modern kitchen you will have all the comforts of home within a bespoke and welcoming interior. With free on street parking and pet friendly (at an additional charge).

Relax in the cozy living room, equipped with a variety of comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted TV, and a convenient footstool. Behind a sliding pink barn door, you'll find the sleek and modern galley kitchen, complete with all the amenities for culinary adventures, including a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, 4-ring electric hob, breakfast bar with 4 stools, and a selection of crockery and cutlery. Access the charming rear courtyard from the kitchen and dining room, where outdoor seating awaits.
The ground floor bathroom boasts geometric tiling, a shower over the bath, WC, sink, and a wall-mounted heated towel rail. Upstairs, the first floor offers a Kingsize bedroom with a dressing table and side tables, accompanied by a modern shower room. The second bedroom features another Kingsize bed, while the main bedroom accommodates both a double and a Kingsize bed—perfect for families or group bookings.
