About this house rental
THIS HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS. There's a local glitch that needs to be untangled. Write US if Interested.
Our house is built into a hillside with Los Angeles city views but looks like a quaint cottage (from the street). It is spacious and designed for a larger family to be comfortable. We have a large garden/yard area, a chef's kitchen, and lots of spaces for people to spread out around the house. It's great for summer entertaining and full of amenities to make one's stay easy and relaxing.
Our street is a "circle" so it doesn't see much traffic, but it is in quick walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. There is plenty of free public parking..
Los Feliz is considered the most vibrant neighborhood in Los Angeles. With a bustling commercial district (bars, restaurants, shops, movie theatres, and supermarkets), historic landmarks (Griffith Observatory and Museum, Mulholland Fountain, Barnsdall Park, Gene Autry Western Heritage Museum, The Greek Theater), and 10,000+ acres of Griffith Park, L.A.'s "urban wilderness," there's a lot going on here.

The nearby (walking distance or DASH Shuttle) Vermont/Sunset metro train station connects you to other parts of Los Angeles and Southern California.
