About this apartment rental
The Palms Apartment, is a glam-style huge flat located in Polanco, Mexico City's fanciest neighborhood. Located on a peaceful street, Palms is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy all that Mexico City has to offer. With 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this remote workers heaven is unique 200 megas WiFi and is perfect to work or relax.
Once the reservation is made the number of guests or days cannot be reduced. We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 4 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability. Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $450 per day. If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask. Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance. In Mexico City we don’t use heaters neither air conditioner. We recommend you to keep track on weather forecast and make your bags with clothes that will fit better according the weather. Identity cards of all the guests are required by the building’s administration.
Bedroom 1: King sized comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: King sized comfortable bed, hammock and workspace. Bedroom 3: Queen and full sized comfortable beds and workspace. Bedroom 4: Queen comfortable bed and ensuite half bathroom. This bedroom was the service chamber and it was adapted to be a super comfortable. Living Area: sofa, bench, dining table for 8, working table, painting desk, TV with Roku and more. Kitchen: fridge, microwave, coffee-maker with complimentary grounds, dishware, water heater, tea, sandwich maker, toaster and everything you need for short or long stays. Bathroom 1 & 2: walk-in shower, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, iron/board). Bathroom 3: This bathroom works for showering too but we sell it as half a bathroom in case you prefer to shower in the other two.
You can cook, rest, and go in an out as you want. No guests are allowed in the apartment.
The interaction with the host will be fluid and friendly. We are here to serve you from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you have any questions, need recommendations or have any special requirements, do not hesitate to contact us. We want to make sure your stay is exceptional.
