Dirty nasty rooms. Cobwebs in the bathroom with spiders in them. Dirt all over the floors and fridge. Beds are hard and the door did NOT bolt lock. Air

There's a two-level staircase from the lobby to the 2nd floor, no elevator. There were also no rolling carts, which would have been helpful since we had enough stuff for a 3-week road trip. Fortunately, the staff was able to change our room to the ground floor. Also, the room door was so difficult to open that I thought the key card wasn't working; my husband had to push the door open for me and for the fellow traveler next door having the same problem with her card. Another issue - hopefully a one-time thing: the site says "breakfast included." We were told by the night clerk that breakfast would be in the adjoining restaurant beginning at 6 AM. At 6 AM the next morning, there was no breakfast and the day clerk gave us a certificate to use at a nearby Quality Inn. When we finally checked out around 8:30 AM, the restaurant was open and we were told they were just late opening up. It was not a grab-and-go meal but one that had to be ordered and prepared, which would have been fine had we not had to get on the road. Finally, a general note: while the bed was comfortable and the shower great, there were very few outlets, no chair, no desk - all useful amenities on a long road trip with intermittent wi-fi access. (First world problems!)

Check-in went, okay. It was rather late in the evening when I arrived. I was told there was no breakfast available at this location, but was given a blue pass to have breakfast at the Days Inn just down the road. After getting my key card, I drove around to park. There were, what appeared to be, some real shady characters in and around the parking area. I tried to keep an eye on my vehicle by parking close to the room. The on sight restaurant was not open, nor was the exercise room, or the pool. The desk clerk was nice enough, but I was too tired to call and ask for some soap to wash with. I didn't want to walk by the questionable folks in the parking area.

A scary surprise! I was assigned a room that was already occupied by team members. The lady in the room was so angry because I opened the door but she was with 2 other staff members and they didn't registered the room as occupied. The receptionist was very sorry, it wasn't her fault and apologize but the reaction of the other lady even when I understand it was their fault was so mad!!

Supposedly this was a Wyndham hotel, but essentially it was an old motel that and attempt had been made to modernize. Instead it was worse than trying to put lipstick on a pig. The grounds were old, trash was outside the trash bins, the restaurant was non-existent, they did not even have coffee in the lobby, nor did they care. It is the first time that I have ever resented having to pay for such a lackluster hotel / motel. I could honestly describe the description as false advertising.

This was a great stop. We got in late and the young woman at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. The room was very clean. In fact, although my preference is to be barefoot after travel and while packing to leave, it was one of the first times I stayed in an updated tile floor room that I did not have to wash my feet before donning socks and shoes! Kudos to the housekeeping staff!! We will definitely be back.

This property is FILTHY. First was smelled as if someone had died in the room . Second room had blood on the white bed linens & feces splatters in the toilet bowl. We requested yet another room. Third & only other room where we had no other option but to sleep ….. the floors, fridge & Microwave were filthy. Cracked bathroom sink. Bottom of bathtub was BLACK with dirt. Underside of toilet was splattered with feces. And if that wasn’t horrible enough, the AIR CONDITIONING WAS BROKEN !!!! AVOID THIS PROPERTY !!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!! This hotel is as our WORST NIGHTMARE

This place has very nice rooms. Young lady who checked us in was super helpful. Bed was comfortable and the shower has a cool shower head. Nice thick towels. Very Clean & nice quiet refrigerator great TV. The only reason didn't get 5 stars is because light comes in through window and door and the AC was loud.

The staff was EXCELLENT! Check in went smoothly. Plenty of parking for my truck and trailer. The only negative thing was my ac/ heating unit was loud. But the weather was nice enough that I didn’t need it anyway. Great place to stay!

The staff are nice & friendly. They held $100 security deposit while I wouldn’t buy the whole room for a hundred. Someone next door decided to have sex at 4 AM & it sounded like in my room. It’s not freaking isolated plus the bed kept hitting the wall and couldn’t sleep, added to the loud AC yes I paid only $48 but hey it’s good enough to give a peaceful nice night.

I will not stay here again. The gentleman at the front desk was rude. Ran my card twice. There is not proper lighting. I tripped and fell over a raised cement are going to my room. I am now in a splint for 4 weeks. Didn't report it. But Didn't what to deal with rudeness again.

You can tell the back in the day this was a really nice facility. I stayed here about 5 years ago as well, and they have made major improvements in that time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and that is all I require. The woman that checked me in was very pleasant and I had a very nice conversation with her about the area.

Room 222 is connected to laundry room and ALL night you have machins going off. No peace certainly no quite. No toilet paper in room No coffee maker No ice Broken door.

The air conditioner did not work in my room so I'm barely hot so whenever I got back to the hotel I stayed in my truck until it was time for me to go to bed and then I went into the hotel because the air conditioner was broke and it was not fixed the entire time I was there and it was incredibly hot in the room
