Separate covered Deck with fireplace and Patio with Awesome LAKE views! High Speed Fios Internet, community pool, private beach, playground and boat launch. House will be equipped with all the toys : SUPs, kayaks, peddle boat, life jackets

House is located on a beautiful private inlet on the WARM/Private side of Lake Anna. Water depth is 2-4 ft depending on the time of year/what the power plant is doing. We have no problem bringing jet skis right up to the deck/beach/seawall. Community marina is less than 2 blocks away with free day slips for your use.
