Absolutely amazing hotel. Very clean, quiet, in an area by the harbour. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful room very modern. Front staff including the manager went over and above to be helpful. Excellent breakfast and we had the opportunity to rent bikes and visit the city on a beautiful sunny day. Such a great day!

The stay was amazing. Everything is new and modern. The decor is beautiful. The view from the room was unbelievable - sea view from all windows. I could hear waves at night. The area is great with lots of walking tracks, supermarkets, cafes and metro trains. Even the laundry was great. Breakfast was really healthy and tasty. The staff very approachable and helpful. I had a great time!

Me and my husband booked family room for 5 nights over easter, for us and two children. When we arrived at the hotel we were told they had water leaking problems in the family rooms so we were offered two seperate rooms. When we were going to pay the amount it was 2000 danish kronas higher than what we booked. We did not accept that and said instead we should get discount since the family cant stay in one room. They charged us 1 krona to get the credit card number and were going to ask manager for the discount. And we would pay when we were leaving. So We checked in to these rooms on 5. Floor and went out to eat after our luggage was in the room. When we came back one of the rooms smelled like fishing boat. They had no other rooms to offer us that we would be close to each other so we had to sleep in this smell of fish. But! There was not so much of a sleep. The rooms were located next to the elevator and we could hear it go up and down the whole night and ding dong each time it came to our floor. You can hear everyone walking and running on the hallway, you can also hear the wakeup alarm in the next room. We asked for better rooms were we could sleep. This time i found out that they had just overbooked the family rooms, like cheap airline, so maybee there was no waterleak. We were then moved to first floor, further away from the elevator. Still we had to be in sepparate rooms. The brekfast had not good selection and no bacon, scrambled eggs that were raw. Never coming back
