Close to the centre of Bonnieux, this property is enveloped by a natural environment, offering a sense of peace and seclusion. Situated on the first floor, the house includes a kitchen equipped with modern amenities, an inviting sitting room, and comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms. Outside, the expansive plot creates a serene atmosphere. The terrace provides a charming spot to dine and relax, offering views of the inviting pool and verdant garden. The private pool, secured by a fence, measures 10 m x 5 m, with a depth ranging from 1.30 m to 1.60 m, featuring a pool terrace furnished with sunbeds. Please note the owners live in an adjacent independent house, ensuring complete privacy for guests using the pool. Access to the rental is via a staircase with 12 steps. The ground floor serves as a veranda/storage area for holidaymakers. Please be aware that the owners have a friendly cat and dog, and upon prior request, your pet is welcome to join you during your stay. The property is located in a privileged and very natural environment in the lower part of Bonnieux but not isolated. The centre of the village, shops, restaurants, shops are about 4 km.
