About this apartment rental
Urban, industrial, eclectic, and right in the heart of Short North. Relaxed and open, the space has hard floors throughout, a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living area that pulls out into a queen bed, granite counters, essentials in the kitchen (including coffee station), and a smart TV in the living room. There’s also a balcony that you can enjoy. The building itself is located right on High St, but the condo is in the back, so it's more serene but still so central.
The space
This stylish hideaway is an open concept condo with soaring ceiling, exposed brick and duct work. There's a large bathroom and one bedroom, as well as a sofa sleeper. The kitchen has a large island, great for sitting around chatting. And there's a little outdoor couch on the balcony that is nice for getting a breath of fresh air.
You’ll literally be steps from coffee shops, galleries, boutiques, shops, restaurants, bars, and theaters! Truly city living.

You access the condo from the back of the building ONLY (from the parking lot on N Pearl St). The condo is on the second story, and you'll access it directly by walking up one flight of stairs (up the fire escape) and using the private entrance into the unit (door 2z).
Other things to note
Parking: Free parking for one car is included in your stay (spot 2z). The parking lot is located on N Pearl St, directly behind the building.
Access: You access the condo from the back of the building ONLY (from the parking lot on N Pearl St). The front door of the building (located on High St) is locked at all times. To access the condo, you walk up one flight of stairs (up the fire escape, accessed from the parking lot on N Pearl St). The condo is on the second story, and you'll access it directly by a private entrance into the unit (door 2z).
Laundry: We offer access to an in-unit laundry room.
Additional Bedding: The additional bedding and pillows for the sleeper sofa are stored inside the wicker coffee table trunk in front of the sofa.
Professional Cleaners: Our professional cleaners do an amazing job at thoroughly deep cleaning the home to ensure that it’s sparkling clean and sanitized for you. To help ensure that they’re able to finish between stays, we ask that your celebrations in the condo don’t involve glitter or confetti. Thank you!

-PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF THE NEIGHBORS. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We want our guests to enjoy their stay, but we also want to be good neighbors. Please limit outside noise and light that may disturb others, and please respect quiet hours after 9pm.
- NO PARTIES- This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay, but we do not allow open-invitation events. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. We do have cameras outside the home's entrances for the safety of all parties. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor. Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.
- No Smoking on the property, no exceptions. This home and outside space is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping inside or outside, as the smoke can both the neighboring homes. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $500 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.
- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.
- Our properties may also be monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around. Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises.
- Exterior noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Please note that any reservations for 30 nights or more require a signed rental agreement to finalize the reservation.
