About this villa rental
Villa Cas Sucrer is a spacious, attractive property in the resort of Binibeca. Its location is ideal, with the beach within walking distance, as well as a mini market and some restaurants easily accessible. The villa is a charming, typical Menorcan-style villa with high beamed ceilings, traditional decor and a sizeable front terrace overlooking the well-established garden. It also has a larger than average pool, ideal if you like a good swim. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms is included.
Villa Cas Sucrer is tucked away in a cul de sac on the road leading down towards the coast and Binibeca Beach. A short stroll takes you to the quaint fishing village of Binibeca Vell and in the other direction, Cala Torret. In both areas you will find a good choice of restaurants and bars. The coastal road also has a selection of eateries, an ice cream parlour and a great bar for watching the sunset. The sandy cove of Binibeca is just a 10 minute walk downhill from the villa. You could also head inland to the town of San Luis to enjoy some authentic tapas bars and the typical Spanish atmosphere of a local town.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
