Pluses: very good location for metro, secure, close to grocery and eateries, roomy, large fridge and large kitchen and dining area and living room. Responsive owner.
Minuses: hot in summer, one fan only for 6 rooms, windows open at night to cool down =very loud noise all night at that intersection, unusable moldly/smelly/washing machine. Condo had some unclean surfaces and floors,

This apartment is huge. 5 bedrooms and with two toilets, a bathtub and a shower. Very large living room and great dining/kitchen area with a piano and tv.
I went with my family for Roland Garros for a few days and it was an incredibly great location and perfect for our group of 4 adults and fairly good for our two year old girl.
Check in was easy and the apartment has pretty much everything you need.
This is not central Paris so it takes awhile to get there from Gare du Nord (or CDG), but once you're there it's close to the metro and in a very nice part of the 16th that's just a 15 minute walk to the Seine with views of the Eiffel Tower.
Note that this does not appear to be a full time rental (which I appreciate), and that the owner does leave a lot of personal items behind--but there is still ample room for your things.
I would recommend not bringing a 2 year old, as we did--there are just too many breakable items and potential hazards that we struggled to avoid. Slightly older children who can control their behavior would be perfectly fine--there's a nice bunk bed room in the back.
Some other minor quips would leave me to rate it a 4.5, but since that isn't an option I'm giving it a 5 because of the reasonable price for such a large place and the good experience with the management company.
