Welcome to Bluerock, your home away from home in High Point!

Minutes from HPU, Furniture Market, and Furnitureland South.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and is ideal for people traveling to High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem or the surrounding area.

Tree lined backyard with yard games, grill and fire pit for eating and relaxing.

Walking distance to the best restaurants and hotspots in High Point.

20 minutes to Greensboro and Winston-Salem.

KITCHEN
Our newly renovated kitchen features quartz countertops and is fully equipped for cooking all of your favorite meals. Appliances include a dishwasher, large refrigerator, and electric cooktop. There is a coffee station that includes a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. We provide a few started Keurig pods. The kitchen is connected to a large deck, perfect for outdoor dining.

LIVING ROOM
Enjoy a night in and watch your favorite shows by logging in to your accounts and streaming services on our 65" TV and comfy couch seating.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom features a plush Purple brand mattress, cozy bedding and a 55” Smart TV. There is a closet with a luggage rack as well as a full dresser.

QUEEN BEDROOM
Our queen bedroom has a cozy bed, closet, luggage rack, and dresser.

Twin Bedroom and Office/Yoga Space
Our 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle rollout bed underneath. We also use this space for an office and yoga room. It includes a yoga mat and workout ball. This is a great spot to get some work done or get a small workout in before or after your day.

BACKYARD
When you’re ready to unwind after a busy day, we’ve created a backyard sanctuary where you can relax, roast marshmallows by the firepit, swing on the porch-style swing or unwind on the deck with your favorite beverage. The deck features a gas grill and inside the shed you’ll find yard games like giant Jenga and water pong.

I will send you a unique code for your stay several days before check in.

I love getting to know guests but respect your privacy and vacation time. We are available to chat if you need us. I also provide my phone number in check in instructions.

Just outside the front door you’ll find all the local favorites like Blue Water Grill—where you’ll get some of the best seafood in town, and 98 Asian Bistro—recently voted best Thai food in the Piedmont. If you’re into craft beer and cocktails, don’t miss
Brown Truck Brewery, Sweet Ol' Bills or Beverly and Cahoots inside the new Stock + Grain Assembly food hall.

Our home is walkable to Main Street! However there is ample parking at all of the local hot spots so that is a great option as well.

During the furniture market, we are close to a shuttle stop. There is also a free shuttle that can be scheduled on a first come first served basis during the market week.

We have a fire pit and seating area. You will need to bring your own supplies for the pit as they are not kept onsite.

We do have a washer and dryer available for guests as well but you need to bring your own supplies.

If you are bringing your well behaved dog we charge a $250 pet fee which allows us to do extra cleaning after your stay. All dogs must be crated when owner is not home.
Welcome to our home! Your stay should be fun and relaxing, not filled with worrying about rules. We have outlined some guidelines that are likely what you would do in your own home anyway.

1. Relax and enjoy your stay!!

2. Please do not bring any of our bathroom towels or linens outside of our house.

3. Absolutely no smoking on our property, inside or out. Smoking in our home is taken very seriously and any guest that does this will be liable for a $500 fee.

4. Please be respectful of the next door neighbors and observe 10pm quiet time. You can enjoy our outdoor space all night, just no loud music please.

5. If you are planning on an event, please contact us for additional fee schedule.

6. Do the dishes before leaving.

7. In the event that there has been smoking of any kind inside, we will charge an additional cleaning fee with a $500 minimum. Based on the level of cleaning needed.

8. If you are bringing a dog you must: A) pay a non-refundable $250 pet fee and B) the dog must be crated at all times when you are not home with it. If there is a violation of B, there will be a $500 fee.
