Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage which is locked.

The Neighborhood:
Penn Estates is a private and gated community offering guests access to swimming pools, 3 lakes, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and more. Penn Estates is central to all the best of the Poconos. The lodge is located within half an hour to 4 ski resorts, 3 water parks, Outlet Mall shopping, Pocono Snake & Animal Farm, Mt. Airy Casino, Pocono raceway and many other outdoor activities.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to access the house as well as all the community and area amenities. The lake is 2 miles away or about a 5-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
We have Portable AC units in all 4 of the bedrooms. In general, the Poconos stays relatively cool due to the mountain air however if it ever does get unseasonable hot, we do have fans for the common areas. Although we have found that people generally spend their time outside of the cabin during the day in the summer months. The hot tub is open and available year-round. We use bromine instead of chlorine and sometimes when we balance the chemicals this can tint the water a bit on the green side. This is due to high mineral count in the water. This is not anything to avoid and safe to use.

We are available and checking the airbnb messages every day between 7am and 10pm. We prefer you keep all communication on the airbnb platform.
