Lovely relaxed hotel. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Room clean. Basic but clean. It was quiet. Staff were all so friendly. Lovely chilled atmosphere. Will be back !!

It was a nice place to stay, lots of activities available in the lobby area, with friendly people. The only issue was my room had a terrible view. The rooms with the building views should be cheaper in price than the rooms with an actual view of the city.

Great staff, cool vibe, buffet breakfast pretty lame.

Great value for money and in an excellent location.

Perfect stay, staff so lovely

Always get the feeling here that the staff will do anything they can for us. Very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a gig and city break. The whole place was modern, clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. The concept of the hub is fantastic too. I wish there were more of these in the UK. We'll be looking to stay at the other European locations in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Don't bother with the breakfast, every single item tasted stale, the shower pressure was about as powerful as pouring a garden watering bucket over yourself. TV was problematic in the room, On a positive note, more power outlets than you could ever need!
1.5
Good location and lovely place. Breakfast buffet was cold on day 2 leading to upset tummy

Weather was great. Visits and dining nearby and excellent! Loved Glasgow.

It was all good, very clean. Recommend bringing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
Weird that the women in reception stand over you guiding you through check in instead of just doing it for you though.

Excellent over night stay

This is a new hotel with a new type of experience. You feel part of a community, not just a stay over. We liked it. Didn't get the time to experience every thing on offer but what we 'felt' was refreshing. A new way!
The Social Hub's location in Glasgow's Merchant City, can't be bettered, the new Candleriggs Square is not completely finish yet, but when it is, it will add a new plaza to this old famous neighbourhood. Loved it, this is now our come too place when we come back to Glasgow.
2.5
Lovely hotel with a big open foyer full of sofas, pool tables and books. Bed and pillows were insanely comfortable and absolutely massive. My only minor grumble was the light at the sink wasn't quite bright enough for putting on makeup

Everything was perfect

Lovely new hotel. Right in the Merchant City.
Happy to recommend anyone to stay here.

Very centrally located, walking distance to many attractions and public transport, clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It’s like a cross between a hostel and hotel but it was very nice, it felt like being in a friendly commuter hotel. Definitely would stay again!

Very clean .Nice vibe . Amazingly comfortable beds and pillows.
Only issue we had was when a person tried to enter the room on Saturday morning ( not a member of staff) they had a key card and said that we were in their room . Reported to reception staff on check out who said a manager would look into it and get back to me . No response as yet .

Nice hotel in a good location

Great service all in very friendly staff.
2.5
Great location in the city centre, although the low emission zone means driving to it is impossible!
2.5
Weekend break hotel had everything we needed and room was clean and comfortable, only downside the water pressure in the shower was very weak and also found the check out process a bit of a weird process and would have been easier and quicker if was a manual system

Had a gorgeous stay, staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was really comfortable and clean. Hope to come back soon

First time staying here, nice new hotel, decent size rooms, Aircon, Great big shower, funky too.

Not good hotel for couples. Felt like a hostel/student accommodation. Very overpriced for what it was

What a unique experience in downtown Glasgow! Loved everything about this hotel from the very friendly staff to the outstanding breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Great rooms, central location. Sadly staffs attitude to customer service is completely missing

Quirky touches such as exposed brick work and unfinished ceilings may be contemporary, however not having a sink in the bathroom nor even a shelf were taking quirky too far.
Very young and cool staff but delay in delivering breakfast was intolerable and caused us to almost miss our train (had to take breakfast with us)

Really good rooms and spotless the Shower was excellent and the products were superb quality . Restaurant food was really good too and staff friendly and attentive

Fantastic modern hotel, perfect for working, or a City break

Great new hotel, the lounge area is great to hang out in and plenty of space. Rooms are comfortable, mine could have done with a dusting as you could visibly see the dust on the surfaces.
Breakfast was a buffet and very good.
Location is very central, would recommend and stay again.

Nice venue with a very clear lifestyle vibe which is either cringy or pleasant depending on your view of these things. Staff were v approachable and friendly. Breakfast excellent and modern, colourful decor abound. We slept well on the sixth floor and there was only a bit of noise percolating through from the next door room but not so that it was too disruptive. The rooms are pretty impersonal with horrible grey office style carpets and black curtains. The look was a disappointment compared to the lobby and restaurant/cafe areas. We somehow got booked into an accessible room. The shower was open to the rest of the bathroom and the floor got very wet as a result. The worst thing about the bathroom was the really unpleasant smell of urine. For a newish hotel, this was unacceptable. For this, we have to mark the hotel down on cleanliness. A shame.

Cool vibes, fantastic staff- very helpful and kind.

The concept of a Social Hub is great. I was pleasently surprised.
Very safe. Super location.

Great place to stay with a modern vibe and a twist on how hotels/accomodation can do things. Close to the centre of town, with that comes all the things a big city offers like history, shopping, tourists and gritty street life. Loved my stay here.
