Met our expectations, and a little more.

Easy parking near our 1st floor room. Good ice maker. Excellent communications from time of reservation to our arrival. Friendly, helpful front desk woman. The low-rider bed was super comfortable, and the room was very quiet all night long.

Typical motel breakfast. A bit skimpier than some places. The bathroom’s shower spread water all over, despite the shower curtain. Bathroom could use a dim night light.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff!

Easy to access, friendly staff at check in and at breakfast, ADA access, very clean and well taken care of hotel! Great pricing for 6 rooms!

Unclean and dated

It was very unclean and smelled like smoke and pot. Staff was very rude. I would look for another place. If you really need to stay somewhere.

Very disappointed

The room was clean.

The view on the Mountain is view on the highway. The view on the city is view on the parking lot. Front desk lady was not ready to help. I asked for first floor as we had a lot of luggage, she answered there was an elevator... thank you. Next day I asked for shampoo and conditioner as they provided only one shampoo. She gave me shampoo and say the conditioner was in the shampoo. I read the bottle.... that was not true. The breakfast was really average, not even butter to put on the toast... I don't think their breakfast was a continental breakfast. I really don't recommend that place, not good value for money.

A nice place to stay, and very convenient right off the freeway and next to Walmart!

It was easy to get to, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and we had a trailer which was easy to find a space to park in.

The carpet in the elevator was damaged, and needed to be replaced. The breakfast options could have been better, they were sort of limited.

Great, clean, comfortable and convenient hotel

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy check in. The rooms are clean and spacious as well as comfortable beds. Great price and would recommend.

Walls are kind of thin but it could just be the people next to us were loud. There were a few random red sauce like splotches on the wall by the closet but it was small and the rest of the room was clean so I’m just being picky at this point with things that were not liked.

Terrific stay in July

Super comfortable beds. Good breakfast and rate was better than any place we stayed for 2 weeks while on vacation. View nothing special, but we were there to sleep and get back on road. We were very pleased overall.

Quiet hotel, hope you don’t mind sleeping in a double bed

A decent price for a room that we spent less than 12 hours in. Quiet property. Friendly staff. Coffee, fruit and yogurt for breakfast were exactly what we wanted.

The room had two spotlights shining right in the window, perhaps for a sign? The curtains were unable to block all that light. And it’s my fault that I didn’t notice the reservation was for double beds, but I’ve not seen double beds in hotels in decades. A squished night of sleep!

Breakfast was poor, location is good if you just pass by, but if you want to explore Rock Springs, which has many things to offer, location is bad, near I80.

Comfortable and great for a quick stay

The staff was friendly, diligent, hardworking and kept the facility in as good condition as possible.

The pool is closed and appeared to be undergoing maintenance. The breakfast was lacking any non-sugary items such as eggs, toast, etc.

This would definitely be where I would stay if ever in Rock Springs again.

Staff/owners very nice and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, good beds, very reasonable price.

The lodge has only been open a few days so they are still getting everything in place, but it was a great stay. The managers and front desk people were super friendly and helpful. Lobby is really nice. Good beds. Clean room at an amazing price! Very reasonable pet fee. We were just traveling through so it was a great location just off freeway and lots of quick food choices nearby for dining or delivery. Highly recommend

I wish there were coffee pots in the room, but coffee was available right down the hall
