Fine for the price and loxation for Gatwick airport

Great location. 5mn walk from bus stop to Gatwick South Terminal and 10 mn bus ride. 10mn from the best Indian restaurant ( the greyhound). Possibility to leave the car which we did for 10 days. Fridge in the room.

Not the cleanest and q bit old but we paid £67 for 3 of us. We were asked to leave car keys behind in case it had to be moved. We refused and it was fine. We also had to fill in a form to leave on the windscreen but we left contact details blanked and it was no problem.

Good for the price !

Really good location, staff were very helpful booking taxis too and from the airport for us !

Could’ve done with a little more deep cleaning such as the showers and the walls are thin so can hear people coming in and out

ガトウィック空港から近く比較的に宿泊費が安いところ。

排水ドレインが詰まり、朝までバスルームに水が溜まり、更にトイレの詰まり発生した。トイレとバスが全く使えなかった。不便しか感じなかった。空港近くのホテルにすれば良かった。

Negatives outweighed the positives on the one

Handy to the airport and public transport

Downstairs room facing the carpark totally lacked privacy. Front door banging whenever people came or went. Someone checking in at 0330. Opening windows the only form of cooling in hot weather and people smoking outside meant smoke came directly into the room.

Nice and clean room, but the host and his «taxi» friend cannot be trusted

the room was clean and nice, but had no ventilation other than the garden door. we didn't want to sleep with the door open in a strange place, so the air in the room became very bad during the night. The host promised to book a taxi to the airport the following morning. The car that appeared was not a taxi, but a friend of his. As we didn't have enough time to wait for a real taxi, we agreed an advance price of £15 with the driver. When we got to the airport he took £18. When neither the host nor the driver can be trusted, I would not recommend this place

Easy access to Gatwick

We loved the convenient location to Gatwick Airport, one stop on the bus. Nice walk into Horley for food also and shops. The room was comfortable, just what we needed for the night before a flight.

The shared bathroom had no toilet roll in the morning time. I tried looking for a staff member to restock but couldn't see anyone. The drawers in there didn't have any spare toilet roll and were quite dirty looking. The room itself was clean though. We saw a kitchen the next morning but not sure if we were allowed access, it hadn't been mentioned when checking in.

Everything you could want from a room!

The staff were super friendly! The room came with tea, coffee, water, a mini fridge, microwave, everything we'd want. Beds were comfortable and the TV had plenty of channels. Ensuite was clean and towels were provided. The house itself was also gorgeous with a pretty garden view from our room (5). It's about 5 minutes on the bus from Gatwick Airport so I'd definitely recommend if you're travelling, especially for the price and location. For three of us staying Friday night it was only about £27 each.

2 glasses when there was 3 of us but honestly wasn't an issue.

It was dreadful, I ended up leaving earlier than expected, early hours as it was so noisy, dirty and smells all kept me

Only that it was close to airport and had parking.

Noisy: thin walls, can hear conversations of others. Can hear doors opening and closing all hours and the floorboards extremely noisy. Dirty: coffee/tea area was dirty with tray that had not been cleaned, sticky try, sticky cups etc Smell of cooking woke me at 2am! Kept awake by staff in garden on phone and when I closed the window they still did not stop and I could hear him still talking. Wardrobe had blue tack on to keep it closed.

Jeg ville bodd de igjen.

Rent og greit. Vinduer til å åpne mye. Greie vertsfolk. De hjalp oss med bagasjen. Stor hage ( men for kaldt ute).

This guest house is not fit to be open to the public and should be inspected by their local authority.

Absolutely nothing

Dirty bathroom, shower tray and screen dirty, shower water wouldn’t drain. No hand towels, awful small refill of toiletries, in bedroom a fridge, not plugged in and smelly inside, cracked plastic. Microwave on top of fridge, an extension cable and 4 plug socket, no evidence of any PAT testing done. The outside of the property was unkempt, with clutter and old sofas outside. In the hallway there was more clutter with a makeshift reception are with more ‘stuff’ everywhere. Upstairs there were orange bags of dirty laundry. The door to our room did not close and let in light all night. The tray with tea and coffee was filthy with old drink stains and overall poor offer of refreshments.

Quiet, comfortable stay conveniently placed for early Gatwick flights.

The host was very sweet and helped with our onward travel arrangements. Also suggesting an excellent Indian restaurant nearby. The beds which overlooked the gardens were very comfortable and the room was quiet.

It's an expensive 5 minute taxi ride ride from Gatwick because of the unloading charges at the airport or 40 min walk. But the price of the room with a genius discount is worth it.

Awful, will never return, went to the Premier Inn!

The place stank on arrival and the downstairs was a building site. Went up to my room looks pleasant at first but when I checked the mattress it was clear there was bed bugs. Staff wouldn’t accept it and the manager was meant call me and didn’t and the staff member wouldn’t give me his number. I’ve never complained in my life but had no choice this time!

Does the job well

I wouldn't stay there as a holiday, but as a place to sleep before an early flight, it was a perfect value-for-money spot. The staff is friendly, the mattress comfortable and the bedding spotless. I slept very well.

The wifi was unfortunately down while I was there and cellphone reception is poor.
