This Amazing 2BR House has two (2) bedrooms, each one has one (1) Queen Bed and one (1) Twin Trundle Bed. In the living room you will find a comfortable Sofa Bed for your rest. There is a TV and air conditioning. A bathroom with shower and hydro-massage bathtub and elements such as shampoo, towels and soap to make you feel at home. In the kitchen you will find a comfortable space where you can prepare food to your liking, has the necessary elements for it, coffee maker, spices, mini fridge, cooler, freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster, cooking utensils.

In the house there is a beautiful patio with water fountain and private parking. You will find a patio with barbecue, spa and dining area. This charming property has excellent lighting and is a perfect space to relax during your stay in the city.

*The property has 3 units. While this listing is completely private and gated, it is important to note that there will be other guests staying in these other units.

1. Requests for late check-out must be requested in advance.
2. Smoking is not allowed. If we detect any smell or trace of smoke, you will be subject to a fine of $500.
3. No parties are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $4,000 and/or eviction.
4. The presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered non-compliance with house rules and will result in additional fines of $250 per guest and/or eviction.
5. Filming, photoshoots and production activities are accepted. Depending on the size and duration of the event, additional charges may apply. All productions must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized productions will result in a $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
6. If possible, a late check-out can be arranged upon request, with an additional fee of $177

PETS:
If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $48 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet.

JACUZZI:
There is a $59 fee per stay to heat the jacuzzi, please let us know if you'd like to use it, and we can send in a request to pay this fee.
