Other things to note
We live on the floor upstairs, with our 4 little kids so you will hear us moving around during the daytime
Especially on week ends .
if you are planning to sleep in
late and are a light sleeper you may want to consider using earplugs or this may not be the right place for you.

2) The space is centrally heated and cooled. The thermostat, however, is located on the floor above.
We will be happy to try and accommodate your temperature preference, but being that this is a basement, it might not always be possible.
We do provide a small space heater for extra warmth if needed, or extra fan.
