Welcome to our striking, newly built in 2023: 3BR/3BTH townhouse situated in the heart of East Hollywood. A testament to unmatched comfort and tasteful design, this property offers an experience that is unrivaled in the city.

Echoing minimalist Scandinavian design principles, our space pairs simplicity with functionality, offering a clean and comfortable ambiance for your stay.
Located minutes away from major tourist attractions, great restaurants, and local hotspots, our home ensures a seamless exploration of what Los Angeles has to offer. Marvel at the iconic Hollywood sign from the comfort of our upstairs bedrooms, venture to Universal Studios, explore Griffith Park, take a stroll on Hollywood Boulevard's Walk of Fame, or bask in the glamour of Sunset Strip - all within a short distance from your temporary abode.
Inside, you'll discover an array of top-of-the-line amenities designed to ensure your absolute comfort. Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality bedding, blackout curtains for an uninterrupted sleep, and a television for your entertainment. Not forgetting the digital nomads, we provide high-speed WiFi throughout the property and have a dedicated work area with charging ports, lamp & notepad.
The living room is well suited for everyone to sit comfortably and enjoy a meal together or watch your favorite movie! Multiple balconies for getting the fresh California air!
This property is 3 floors, so there are stairs our guests will need to use. Laundry is inside the unit as well and has everything you need to keep fresh and clean.
Parking is inside your secure, two-car tandem garage that offers direct access to the unit, making parking and transportation effortless. Moreover, our property is completely gated, providing you with the utmost safety and security during your stay.

Bedroom #1 (Master- Top floor)- King bed, Connected bathroom, top of the line memory foam mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, desk work area, 55" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services, outdoor patio.
Bedroom #2 (Top Floor)- Queen sized bed, Connected bathroom, top of the line memory foam mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, 50" TV with Netflix and all major streaming services, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, small outdoor patio.
Bedroom #3 (Middle Floor)- Two twin beds, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 50" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.
Common area: Living room sofa + queen air mattress (please request)
If you're a large group, our property is one of four townhomes, all constructed in 2023. Feel free to inquire about the availability of our other homes if you require more space.
