Ascending the staircase to the first floor, the rest of 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms are located in each building, each room featuring luxurious bedding, private balconies with sitting areas, and en-suite bathrooms for added convenience.
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00m), 43" Smart TV, balcony with sitting area and sea view, en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00m) that can be transformed to a queen size bed with a mattress topper, 43" TV, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00m) that can be transformed to a queen size bed with a mattress topper, 43" TV, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 5: The master suite boasts a spacious layout with a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00m), a comfortable sofa, balcony with sitting area and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, providing the ultimate retreat for relaxation.

Outside, the expansive 1400-square-meter grounds beckon you to indulge in outdoor living at its finest. Take a refreshing dip in one of the two private swimming pools, complete with hydro massage jets for added luxury, or soak up the Mediterranean sun on plush sun loungers by the waters edge. **Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge," requiring a fee of 1,50 euros per night from March to October and 0,50 euros per night from November to February.
