About this house rental
The house is intended to be friendly and functional for an excellent stay, everyone at their own pace. The accommodation is entirely on one level with a large living space (living room, dining room and kitchen), 4 bedrooms (2 queen size beds and 4 simple beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets including one isolated, one pantry and a garage including a laundry space.
Recently built, certified by an environmental label and classified 4 STARS, the house offers beautiful light thanks to its southwest exposure. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned (heating/cooling) with individual control. Each room is equipped with roller shutters. For your comfort, bed and bathroom linen are provided and beds are made on arrival!
A fiber internet connection is offered to view your video content on smartTVs or for TELEWORKING. The large garden is fitted out with a large wooden terrace and a pergola. Garden furniture is at your disposal for a relaxing stay with your feet in the sand!
The seaside resort of Saint-Jean-de-Monts offers an ideal playground and escape with a wide range of activities: enjoy its beaches, its dunes, its forest, its marshes, but also the possibility of visiting the the island of Noirmoutier, the island of Yeu, the "Puy du Fou" amusement park, local museums, and so on. It is also a trail spot where the practice of many sports and activities is possible: boating, golf, sand yachting, tree climbing, archery, cycling, running, walking, horse riding, and many more. others !
