This art-filled 4-bed, 2-bath home includes a heated pool, outdoor dining, with bikes/paddle boards for a perfect beach getaway!
Explore East Hampton Village(12 mins), Amagansett(7 mins), and Sammys Beach (20 mins).
The Space:
Step inside this sunlit oasis and be greeted by soaring windows, high ceilings, and an inviting open floor plan. The central great room/living area beckons with a cozy fireplace, plush sofas, and panoramic views of the patio and sparkling pool beyond. Whether you're unwinding with loved ones or entertaining friends, this versatile space provides the perfect backdrop for memorable moments.
Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, before gathering around the dining area to savor good food and even better company. With easy access to the outdoor patio, enjoy seamless al fresco dining and barbecues with the convenience of the propane-powered BBQ.
When it's time to rest and recharge, retreat to one of the four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Three bedrooms offer queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two double beds. Each room exudes comfort and style, promising a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure.
Step outside to discover a landscaped backyard oasis, complete with a heated pool—a perfect spot for a refreshing dip any time of day. The inviting fire pit awaits, providing the ideal setting for roasting marshmallows under the twinkling stars. The Neighborhood:
Barnes Landing is on the border of Amagansett and East Hampton. Looking at a map, it sits on the bay just north east of the village of Amagansett. Barnes Landing has its own beach, Barnes Hole, and is a short walk or drive from other bay beaches like Louse Point, Gerard Drive, Alberts Landing, Fresh Pond, and more.
It’s about 6-8 minutes to the beaches of Amagansett via car.
The village of East Hampton is about a 12 minute drive. Montauk: 20 minutes. Sag Harbor: 25 minutes.
Nearby: Pollack-Krasner House, Springs General Store, Long House Preserve, and more.
Getting Around:
Barnes Bungalow is just over 3 hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area.
In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.

*Please note that the pool is available during the summer season only. Please inquire regarding opening and closing dates.
*A utility deposit for $5k per month is applicable to the nightly rates and payable at the time of booking.
