Welcome to the Helvetica House within Arrowhead Lake! Unwind at this beautiful getaway in the gated, amenity-filled Arrowhead Lake Community. This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is within 30 minutes of 3 top Pocono Ski Resorts and indoor waterparks! the home also offers a full kitchen, balcony seating, outdoor fun & relaxation (yard games, hammock, grill, firepit and more). Guests have access to all community amenities and events!

Our community does charge added fees (see below).

The Helvetica house is a 3 bedroom/3 bath newly renovated & updated chalet that provides a perfect balance of peacefulness and convenience, offering the luxury of a vacation without sacrificing the comforts of home.

Our house features:
- Simple first-floor keyless access.
- 1st floor features seating area, smart TV, foosball table, tabletop smores kit and kitchenette area, and a full bathroom with a hot coal sauna.
- 2nd floor features a cozy seating around the wood burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, balcony with seating, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and a washer/dryer.
- 3rd floor features a bright large windowed living room with a smart TV, master bedroom with a private full bathroom.
- Garage stocked with 2 single kayaks with transporting carts, yard games, beach chairs, and more!
- SMOKELESS fire pit with seating, gas BBQ grill, picnic table, hammock and outdoor umbrella.
- Easy off-street gravel driveway with parking for 4 vehicles.
- Games and books for all ages.
- Pack and Play, highchair, and children's dinnerware.

- 2 lakes
- 4 beaches (Beach #4 is a 3-minute walk away!)
- 3 heated outdoor swimming pools. Pools are open on weekends starting Memorial Day, and open daily the third week of June. Pools close for the season on Labor day.
- A community lodge with a fitness room, billiards room, library, Arrowhead store (Arrowhead Lake apparel & merchandise), events and serving breakfast and dinner on select nights.
- Multiple sports courts including:

*volleyball
*horseshoes
- Several playgrounds
- Family Game Room
- Rentals: canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and sports equipment. 2 hour rentals period with drivers license and signed waiver, cash only, last rental at 3:30PM. Open seasonally.


**Arrowhead Lake fees (required for all short-term renters in the community)**:

Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 23, 2025 through September 2, 2025)
OR
$2.00 daily off-season

Transaction Fee: $20
Gate Card Fee: $20 per each car


Late Fee: $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival.

* These fees are beyond our control. It is the policy of the community association.
*We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration upon booking.
* We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance via Airbnb.
* Upon arrival, you will have to go to the Rental Office (located office site, on your way to the community) to obtain your gate cards and wrist bands. The office is open from 10am-10pm.

Arrowhead Lake fees are mandatory in addition to Airbnb costs.
*During the off season we will cover the cost of registration for up to 8 guests & 2 cars. You are responsible for the cost of any extra guests, cars, and late fee (If applicable).
*During in-season (summer) You are responsible for the full cost of your registration.

If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit information Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking.

- The entire home will be all yours for the duration of your stay except for two locked closets.

- We love this house and frequently use it ourselves. We've designed everything to be used, so please feel free to make yourselves at home, we just ask that you treat everything with care and respect as you would in your own home.

We are always available to address anything that may come up, even if you're just looking for places to eat or fun things to do. Message us on Airbnb or call our guest services number provided in the welcome instructions & book.

The home is located in a relaxing and peaceful community that has quiet hours after 10 PM on Friday & Saturday, and 9PM Sunday-Thursday. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space as you like, but please keep music or noise to a minimum as we want to be respectful to our neighbors.

Though we do not have air-conditioning our home stays cool.
