Welcome to Downtown Roanoke's premier listing, this perfect first floor loft retreat gives you the option to walk anywhere in downtown but also be nestled inside your own private home and courtyard. This modern 3 bedroom loft has all the amenities you could possibly imagine. Great natural light, full kitchen, laundry- everything you could need for your stay including a bike rack inside! Just bring your clothes and your favorite outdoor recreational gear and you're set! NO SMOKING
This space was formerly a metal fabrication shop and then a photography studio for many years. It was completely remodeled into a residential loft space in 2020. There are 3 bedrooms (with queen beds) and 2 full bathrooms in this ground level space, a large fully stocked kitchen, Great room/dining room, and laundry closet. A spacious outdoor courtyard is also available for our first floor Modern Loft guests, with a table and chairs. 12 foot ceilings with interior high windows allow light to permeate the space from front to back. Exposed metal round ducts and polished concrete floors, with radiant heating, add to the "industrial loft" ambiance, while also providing a cozy feel.
We have designed the space for outdoor enthusiast, with a bike rack inside and generous gear storage space. Listed nightly base price is for up to 2 adult guests. There is an additional charge of $15 per night per guest for more guests up to max of 6 adults. NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS. QUIET TIME 10 PM TO 9 AM
NO Smoking of any substances or e-Cigarettes Allowed anywhere on the property. $250.00 Penalty Fee for smoking of any kind anywhere in or on the property.
We are pet friendly. Please note that there is a $50 charge per pet, per day. The maximum we will charge no matter the length of stay is a $100 Pet Fee.
Do not use the rear courtyard for your dog to relieve itself. There is a dog walk green space next to Campbell Garage a few doors away from our space.
Each bedroom has its own LED TV and there is a large LED TV in the family room. You can stream Netflix, HBO, HULU, Amazon and more (please note we do not provide streaming accounts, you will be required to use your own).
Treat the place as if it were your own and enjoy!
We offer basics like ground coffee from a local coffee shop and an electric drip coffee maker and filters; salt and pepper and cooking oil.
We are available 24/7 both thru airbnb or our personal number.
Located in Roanoke's up and coming "West End" neighborhood. This area was once a light manufacturing and warehouse center, with automotive showrooms and railroad facilities. But over the past 15-20 years it has been transformed into an exciting area to live, work, and play. Great restaurants, breweries, and entertainment venues are all within short walking distance.
You can walk most anywhere in downtown Roanoke from here. If you want to venture out further, a short Uber ride will get you there. It's only a 15 minute drive to Roanoke/Blacksburg Regional Airport.
If we can accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out we will try to do so but there will be $30.00 fee for each hour or partial hour.
We require advance notice of early check in or late check out requests.
Our ability to accept those depends on our bookings and housekeepers schedule.
Check in is 3 pm-11pm
Check out on or before 11 AM. Our housekeeper enters the property at 11 AM to start the check out clean.

Great location downtown central to lots of great trails. Downtown area is clean and safe and has multiple food and bar options in close walking distance. Indoor bike rack and "lockers" were a great amenity.

Great location. Easy walk to Market Square and downtown restaurants. Good places for eats and drinks within 2 blocks and across street too. Apartment was spotless and offered all conveniences of home. Safe and secure. We will return.

This place is beautifully renovated and modern, and was close to the places we wanted to visit while in Roanoke. The private courtyard was also a luxury in the middle of an up and coming area. We will definitely stay here again!

Property is clean and beautifully renovated. Host was communicative and responsive. Property stocked with basic supplies and needs. Located in downtown area, fairly desolate with a few restaurant options in walking distance. Pets allowed but very minimal areas to walk them.
