IMPORTANT: In November 2022 a hurricane destroyed our pool and beach access so THERE IS NO POOL and THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE BEACH FROM OUR BUILDING. To access the beach you must exit the front of the building and walk about 100 yards south to the public access at Seagull Park. We provide a large cart to transport towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. to and from the beach. Nothing has affected our incredible direct view of the ocean from within our unit.
The building is currently undergoing renovation work so the building and grounds have an appearance of being "under construction". There is currently no active work being done so you should not encounter noise and any disturbance during your stay.
Our listing price is currently discounted to account for this inconvenience.
==========================================================
Please note that this is an oceanfront property. As such you may encounter things such as:
* seaweed on the beach
* sand on floors and hallways of the building
* ocean spray film accumulating on windows
* smells of the ocean
* rocks in the ocean
This is all part of what makes it so fun and amazing to stay at the ocean! However, if you are concerned that you may be bothered by these things we encourage you to please search for a different property that is not directly on the ocean.
Available by phone and email.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just what we needed, a slow relaxed paced vacation. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles surf, we got to watch a rocket launch from the balcony and the quiet of the beach. I loved that it wasn't over crowded and the people and businesses in the area were friendly and welcoming.

As advertised.

The most outstanding thing about this property is the view from the balcony. Perfect place to watch the sunrise or just enjoy the waves rolling in! Everything was as described online. The building is dated and not fancy. The condo was clean, except for grit on the floors, but you are on the beach! I look forward to staying again when the construction is finished. It would have been better if the beach access on property had been opened. But we knew that before booking. It was a great stay. Definitely recommended this property. Steve was good about communicating with us.

This property is exactly as Steve describes it. The views are incredible. There are a few slight cosmetic things that need updating but nothing that takes away from the stay. The reconstruction of the sea wall and pool are ongoing but knowing that going in, there weren't any surprises. Access to the beach is a short walk but easy to get to. I did exactly as I planned. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or just sitting there was enough for a great vacation! Thanks Steve for being a great host!

Great location. It turned out to be a cold and rainy weekend, so having a protected balcony overhanging the beach was perfect.
Listing says the beach access at Seagull Beach is 100 yards away - that is just plain not true. It is 3x that. But, they were building the stairs to the beach when we left, so likely not an issue for long anyway.

Great location right on the beach. Loved listening to the waves and the great views.

Everything was perfect and has anything we could have needed. Beautifully decorated. The balcony looks directly in the beach. Prefect.

Great location right on the beach-Easy commute to activities. Discussed some issues with the Property Manager and hopefully he can make the unit sparkle and show the protential it can be so all can enjoy their stay.

Older but well kept condo with all the household amenities needed. The patio on the beach side of the ocean with the morning sunrise and the calming rolling waves were spectacular. Easy access to the beach for daily walks was the icing on the cake.

Condo was clean and exactly as described. Fantastic ocean view with white sandy beach stretching to the horizon. Although the property is undergoing restoration that work did not interfere with our ability to enjoy the sight and sound of the surf. There is nearby public beach access about 700 feet south of the property.

My sister and I stayed in the condo from February 18th to the 22nd. Building and unit itself is extremely dated including appliances. Dishwasher did not work. Pantry items were limited so bring your own coffee etc. The entire condo reeked of antiseptic blocks kept in both toilets. The entire exterior of the condo is under renovations due to damage suffered during the last big storm. The pool is gone. The sea wall is being repaired therefore you cannot access the beach from the condo you need to walk several hundred yards down the street and access through the public beach. Parking is limited due to all the construction vehicles and work trucks out front. Also, half of the parking garage is closed. All that being said
the view from your balcony is spectacular. The ocean is literally below you.

The property is under refurbishing. About 75% of the exterior of the building has been re-stuccoed and painted and about 25% of the front of the building is still to be completed. The lobby was clean and nice as was the hallway on the fourth floor. Aesthetically speaking, the curb appeal of the building is not great from the road, but the completed refurbishing from the beach side is nice.
There is no pool as the sea wall was broken and it appears as if a major undertaking needs to occur to repair/replace it. There was very little landscaping and a piece of machinery was in place at the back of the property which may be used in the future for the sea wall work.
The balcony was redone and the furniture on it appeared to be new and the view and location of the unit was excellent.
As for the unit itself, it appeared to be in need refurbishing and exhibited the wear and tear of a rental. There were some maintenance issues that were brought to the attention of the owner who was responsive. The kitchen appliances were older and the dish washer was broken. The owner offered a small credit for the inconvenience of there being no dishwasher and advised that a new one would be installed after my departure.

We would stay again for the beautiful view. The laundry room had no working dryers and the dishwasher was broken. Some of the dishes were less than clean. Other than that it was very relaxing! Location, location, location. It will be extremity nice once pools are working and direct beach access is restored.

This location of the property is good. It's a wonderful thing that you could just open the belcony door and got to see the whole ocean.

The host was great in communicating with us. The property is right on the beach! Can’t get any better than that! However, the condo though clean was in sore need of repair and a real facelift! The decor was from the 70’s and 80’s. We enjoyed our stay because of where it was located! It definitely has amazing possibilities!

The property was under renovations (which was disclosed by the owner), but it was still beautiful and the location was GREAT! My only gripe was that access wasn't smooth from the start. The key to the front door of the building only worked sometimes and you had to wiggle it around. Same issue with the door to the condo. My girls and I went down to the beach and couldn't get our key to work at the back of the building either! Thank goodness my husband was there and able to come down from the 4th floor to let us in. I hope the renovations address this issue.

This was by far our favorite vacation! This place is so peaceful and quiet. Majority of the people here are retired and super friendly/sweet. I was afraid at first bc we do have 2 toddlers and a preteen but these folks enjoyed having our children around as most of them don’t have close family here. We had the beach to ourselves almost every day for 3-4 hours except for people just strolling by. It’s away from the craziness and tourist areas. But Cocoa Beach and Melbourne are just 10 minutes down the road in either direction for shopping and lots of food options. You have to try Squid Lips! The food is so good there and we had great service in Melbourne. The condo fit 6 of us comfortably! It had everything we needed to cook, clean up after ourselves, the showers are nice, the beach supplies were unlimited (anything you could think of for the beach was supplied in the closet), we also loved the balcony! It’s completely screened in so we didn’t have to worry about our kids climbing the rails, it kept the water off of the balcony the one day it rained, it also seemed to keep the sun rays down to a minimum. It was my favorite place to be when we weren’t on the beach bc you are so close to the water. We got to see all kind of things from our balcony. 2 whales, sea turtles, dolphins, and one guy reeled in a shark. It was the coolest experience. Steve was always just a phone call away if we ever needed anything, super nice guy! We are already planning our next trip to come back here! You won’t be disappointed staying here!

We enjoyed the sunrises and the friendly & helpful neighbors. We loved the ocean and shells and fishermen. It was heaven!

Steve has made improvements, including new windows and new furniture in condo living room. Place is clean and while older complex, maintained. If you like to live close to the ocean, this is the place to be.

My family and I rented this condo and it was the best decision we ever made. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults and 2 children in our group. It quickly became our home away from home. It's in close proximity to NASA, the beach, grocery stores, and tons of really delicious restaurants. You must try the pizza place across the street if you stay here. The ocean is right at your backdoor, and the view from the windows and screened in balcony, is priceless. The neighborhood is safe, calm, quiet, and peaceful, which was an added bonus for us. The owner is friendly, resourceful, and easy to work with. If we return to South Patrick Shores, we will stay here again. We loved it!

The view is absolutely beautiful! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The only complaint we had was the beds for us were uncomfortable. Can't say enough and Steve has been wonderful!

We loved the view and the easy access to the beach it was a nice get away for a few days!

An earlier reviewer stated the halls are dimly lighted. Don't let dim bulbs deter you from renting this unit. The unit is well lit, clean, furnished well and directly overlooks the ocean. A nice pool area easy beach access, along with access to a very nice bag grill for a barbecue. I will not hesitate to go back.

Stayed here with my family for a short getaway. The building was shady. Smelled funny and looked dingy. The condo was decorated cute. Appeared to be in good shape. The condo could use a detailed cleaning. I had to mop the floors because the bottom of my daughters feet were filthy from walking on the floors. Had several beach chairs, games, beach toys, and extra that you wouldn’t normally get at any other condo. So that was nice. BEAUTIFUL views of the beach. Very quiet and private. We were overall pleased with the condo and our stay.

Traveled here for a couple of days, prior to getting on a cruise in Port Canaveral. The building and interior hallways seemed kind of shady, but don’t let that scare you. Once you get into the space, it is great. You are SOOO close to the beach! The view from the balcony is amazing. All rooms fully equipped with linens. Plenty of towels. Kitchen fully equipped. Decor was a nice “Florida” feel. Close to several restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores, shopping facilities, gas stations, etc. The inventory of “beach stuff” was impressive, including several items that kept my 3 kids (2 toddlers) busy. The beach was ok. You will need beach shoes, but it was still great. Lots and lots of shells! Let’s talk about the living space. A/C worked great! 1st bedroom is a master suite with a queen bed. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very clean and comfortable as well. Big screen tv worked great. Plenty of space in the walk-in closet. Attached bathroom was plenty big for 2 people. SHOWER HEAD WAS ONE OF THE BEST I’VE EVER USED! The ceiling fan needed a blade tightened, so we turned it down to medium speed, but not a major issue. 2nd bedroom was great for folks who don’t have to share a bed. Beds were comfortable and the 2nd bathroom was across the hallway. 2nd bathroom also well equipped and had a good shower head. Kitchen: nothing overly flashy. Has what you would need to cook dinner, wash dishes and was very well equipped. Living room was very open and well decorated. Loved the Turtle coffee table! Wicker furniture held my 350lb self up very well. The views from the balcony sliding door and window were great. The sound of the ocean is so satisfying. Balcony was well equipped and completely screened in, to keep the bugs out. Several chairs, including a tall wicker glass table set. Very relaxing. Pool was nice as well. Residents are very set in their ways and were not very friendly or inviting, but we weren’t there for them. Washer and dryer near the elevator worked great. WiFi worked great, even with several devices connected at one time. Overall: We were very impressed and satisfied with our experience and would not have a single issue staying here again in the future. I talked with Steve several times via email and he was very responsive to my inquiries. Thank you for having us for a couple of days and helping to make our vacation enjoyable.
