About this house rental

Summary:
A truly one of a kind home just a 5 minute walk to Michigan Stadium. Six separate bedroom suites, each with a private full bath and desk, comfortably sleeps up to 12 people.

Spend free time hanging out in a dedicated game room complete with 100-inch TV, or relax on the second story porch with views of the Big House. There's no better place to enjoy a football game or visit Ann Arbor.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is nestled right in the quiet and lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, there is Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, our new restaurant and bar, is an easy walk right down the street. For a quick & delicious coffee fix and grab and go breakfast items, Venue Coffee opens at 8 am in the same building!

We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively!

Getting Around:
It's a five minute drive to the center of Ann Arbor and I94, (except on game days!). The city bus stop is a block and a half away, and bicycle and walking paths are all around. Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area. Guests can also take advantage of the FREE May Mobility shuttle to get around town. There is a May Mobility shuttle stop right near Henry St./Industrial/Stadium and at the Venue by 4M Restaurant & Bar.

Other Things to Note:
Our full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival. We use a spray disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.

Our company offices and supplies are contained in the basement of the house. You may occasionally hear the sound of staff conversation, staff entering and exiting the back door, and doors opening and closing during business hours.

Interaction with Guests:
We have 24/7 remote concierge service and on-site concierge service available daily from 8am-5pm. An after-hours phone number will be provided to all guests to use in the event of a lockout or other emergency.
