The hosts welcome you like a family member! They were warm and helpful. Messaria has the typical charm of Santorini as well. I recommend this place for groups of any size. Do consider walking along the village’s stone paths to reach the entrance yard, just as in most villages on the island.

Loved the place. The host was very helpful with kindly answering all my questions about how to get by around. They even had a welcome drink for us and gave us a farewell gift too! Such a warm hospitality and not to forget our cute lil guest - kitty who was also very friendly. It sat on my lap and played.
The accommodation is in a peace neighbourhood - 10 mins walk to the main town with several restaurants/shops. Can also get a bus/taxi to Thira town (very nearby, around 8 to 10 mins drive). Also near to the airport!

Can't recommend the Whitewashed house enough, Panagiotis, his wife and the little one welcomed us big smile, Kindnes and very accomodating to help us with the early checking, the house has everything we need, very cosy, tastefully decorated, spotless and affordable, it feels like a five-star hotel, they gave us good recommendations of places and restaurants that we couldnt miss out but, We couldn't do all of them, it is a good excuse to come back. in the area live a lot of locals so you can feels how Greeks lives, it is away from crowds of people but close to the turistic places by bus.
