Big Driveway for parking probably could park three cars, though we only had the one. Enclosed fence and beautiful yard. Can tell the owner takes a lot of care. Inside the house is spacious and nicely decorated. Everything we needed to know was in the binder provided. Any questions we had, Donna was quick to replying. Very easy walk to the sound beach and does allows pets on the that beach during certain times. The house is literally near everything min 15 drive time so can easily explore and still be close to home. Overall, 100 % recommended and will be returning.

This house is quite lovely. Everything was exactly as described. It's very comfortable and cozy. It is extremely dog friendly and ours absolutely loved the sizeable yard for running and leaping about! The patio was great for outdoor dining. The bed we used was comfortable. We will definitely return. I highly recommend this property.

We so enjoyed our stay! The beach cottage is updated, very cozy, full of charm and within walking distance to the beach. We felt at home immediately, and so did our two dogs. The yard is fully fenced and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed time relaxing there as well. Donna was a very gracious host and responsive to any and all questions. We plan to book this exquisite cottage again should it be available. Thank you for the outstanding accommodations!

We had such a wonderful time here.The house is so cute and so well decorated and every space is comfortable. We used the barbecue for dinner and cooked breakfast and explored cape may, wildwood and Atlantic city. The sunset down the block was sensational and I took the most amazing pictures. The host, Donna is so sweet and considerate and easy to reach. Don't miss the experience of this perfect little house!!

Such a lovely house filled with all the comforts of home! Situated on a quiet, friendly block a short distance from the gorgeous beach. Our puppies enjoyed the fenced in front and back yard, not to mention long walks in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this perfect getaway to all fur parents and their fur babies!! :)

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The house was very comfortable and close to the Bay. We had a very relaxing time.

The minute we walked in the door we felt at home. The cottage was clean, cozy, beautifully decorated.

We loved our stay. It was clear that the house was a home. It was clean and comfortable and very welcoming. We loved the fenced in yard. The property was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing we didn’t like were the mosquitoes 😂😂.

The house was great! Very clean, nice fenced in yard. The beach down the street is awesome, lots of beautiful sunsets and the locals are very friendly. Found some nice shells, and it's much quieter than the other beaches. We also went to Sunset beach and found tons of lovely shells , stones and cape may diamonds. We went to Capy May beach, the waves were bigger there and it was a busier spot, but we again found pretty shells and the sand was very soft. The winerys are great, whale watching, restaurants, farms, shopping... so many places and different things and activities for all ages. And pretty much everything is 10-20 minutes away. We had a great vacation!

First time to the Cape May area and could not be more pleased with our stay. The Villas is a quiet community on the bay and we enjoyed our evenings walking down the street to enjoy the bay beach sunset or over to mister softee for the best ice cream. Everyday we drove over to Cape May (15 minutes) to explore or enjoy the beaches. The entire area is a delight and the house was perfectly located to enjoy all the area has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house close to beaches and restaurants had a great time with my family and out dogs

This is the second time we rented the property. The house is so cozy and it has everything. Plus it is dog friendly. The host is accommodating and helpful . Can’t wait to go back !

My boyfriend and I stayed at Donna's place for the week with our 3 girls and 2 dogs. We had a fantastic time! Donna is amazing, so responsive and helpful! The bay is absolutely beautiful (especially at sunset). We brought bikes and our girls loved riding from the house down to the bay. The house is very well equipped. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were a huge help and made the house even more comfortable. And the best part of the house - the outdoor space! The yard and the deck are so comfortable! We spent most of our meals outside on the deck. It was so comfortable and a few steps off the kitchen! And we really enjoyed the big fenced in yard with our dogs. The outdoor space really is such a wonderful part of the house!!! Thanks again Donna! We had a great week! One last thing - the house is so clean! I've stayed in a lot of vacation rental houses - this one tops the chart in cleanliness! We really appreciated that!

The house is perfect and has everything you will need to relax and enjoy family time. Close to Wildwood and Cape May. Donna is very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend.

This house is off of the beaten path but close enough to the heart of Cape May's shopping and dining, you get the best of everything. Donna was a wonderful host, excellent communicator, great tips on the neighborhood. The house was delightful and we will definitely stay again!

The house was comfortable and located close to Wildwood and Cape May as well as a nice beach just blocks away. My son and our friend's dog had a blast in the yard. Donna was very welcoming and gave great suggestions for nearby food and activities. Overall it was a wonderful vacation. Thanks!

The house was in mint condition and generously stocked. The owner was gracious and helpful. Best of all, our dog loved the fenced yard, surrounding neighborhood and walking on the beach, of course. A short distance away is dog-friendly Cox Hall Creek with lots of hiking paths and trails which we all also loved.

Spent a long weekend at Donna's rental, she and her house was very accommodating and she was helpful with hints on the area. Plenty of room along for us along with our two rescue dogs, would definitely think about renting for a week for vacation time!

Stayed with my husband and our two dogs. His brother, sister in law and their new baby joined for two nights. Check in process was easy. The house was clean simple and neat. All things in working order. Stocked with most everything you need for a long stay. Beds were super comfy. Fenced in yard was a huge plus for our dogs. They enjoyed the space. The bay was a short walk down the road and beaches were a 15 min drive. Communication with the owner was wonderful, questions answered and we were checked on to make sure all was good upon arrival and departure. We will definitely stay here again.

I traveled to Cape May with my husband and my mother and my aunt. They are both in their nineties. We were amazed with this little house. Everything was so tastefully decorated with everything that you could ever want. Each of the beds were extremely comfortable Surrounded by soothing décor. The dining room living room combination made it very easy for us all to be in the same area doing our own thing or doing things together.

This was our first time in the area and we loved it. Everything is within minutes of the house and the beach down the road us beautiful. Unfortunately with so much to do we didn't have enough time in 4 days. The house was very clean and comfortable and truly was more of a home then just a house. We are already talking about visiting the area again and would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for everything.

Lovely cozy home in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach! Our family got some much needed down time to relax. The location is close to everywhere we wanted to go in Cape May and the walk to the beach was delightful every morning and evening. Comfy beds and quiet at night ensured we got great nights sleep. Will def come back here again!

We arrived to a very clean and comfortable home. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with 2 night stands, a small thing but wonderful convenience. Bathrooms are clean, updated and bright. The kitchen is fully stocked and sufficiently large to accommodate multiple people at the same time. Although small the living area has very comfy furniture making tv time at night great with the big screen tv. The full size table & chairs on the outside patio deck which is surrounded by a privacy fence was great for relaxing while our dog happily wandered around the fenced in back yard. Close to everything on a very quiet street and 15 minute walk from the beach. Very glad this is where we landed.

The plus: Owner was very prompt in communicating with us over the months before we arrived for our stay. Property is in a nice quiet older shore community within walking distance to the beach. Beach is very nice and property is close to Cape May and all shore points.The Negative: The place was absolutely filthy. We had to go to Lowe's to purchase vent filters because the filters were so dirty that they obviously were not changed for a very long time. The floors were filthy and there was dried blood on curtain on the back sliding door and several walls. Bathrooms were dirty and obviously not cleaned as there was human hair on the sinks, toilets and on the front of the bath tub. One bedroom was where owner stores mops and brooms which were dirty and a bag less vacuum cleaner that was full of dirt and hair. These were not stored in a utility closet but hung on the wall in the bedroom. This bedroom we did not use and kept the door closed. All appliances ( stove, dish washer, and refrigerator) were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. All mirrors had a film on them which was very evident of not being properly cleaned. Sinks were dirty and utensil drying rack in the sink had pink scum and debris in the bottom of it.Ceiling fans had a thick layer of dust on the blades and top of fan surface. The out side grille was so filthy that we couldn't use it. We had to go to Marshalls and purchase two cast iron grille skillets to use on top of the stove. The mosquitos were so horrendous, that we couldn't sit out side. I did notice that there was a tarp on top of the owners boat that was full of stagnant water as well as an old aquarium with green stagnant water in it.When we arrived at the property we noticed that the photos on VRBO were taken some time ago as the property did not reflect the photos. When we went inside and noticed how filthy the property was we immediately contacted Donna (owner) and told her that we were very disappointed and extremely upset with the cleanliness. Her response was that it was wear and tear and that if we were that upset, she would promptly refund our money and that we should stay somewhere else. First of all, this was ridiculous because we drove over 3 hours to get there with our dog , and to try and find someplace else on a whim would not of been possible. We spent over 5hrs. of our vacation cleaning on our first day! I would never recommend this rental. The place was FILTHY!!!
