Step into an amazing comfortable living room tastefully decorated with a relaxing contemporary style that features an L Couch, comfortable reading chair and a 50 inch wall mounted TV. The floor-plan is a great use of space and is great for socializing or watching TV.

Walking into the kitchen, enjoy and all the comforts of a small but fully functional kitchen. You will love making coffee and breakfast and eating meals or planning your day on the dining table!

The bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillow set, and has a nice window for natural light and a wall mirror on the other side. There are two bed side tables with lamps that are great for night time reading. There is a large walk in closet that is a great space for storing luggage, and also has hangers for hanging clothes, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment.

The bathroom is nicely finished out with tile floors, granite tile vanity counter tops and has a full size shower tub combo. The vanity lights over the sink are perfect for getting ready and are really bright.

The entire unit has no carpet and is floored with a great wood grain laminate or tile. This unit is on the second floor and close to the parking lot and street so its very easy to get in and out of. Guests get one reserved parking spot and there is also parking available on the street. Have a great night's sleep with a comfortable mattress!

This unit is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out! If other listings are not charging a cleaning fee, then they are cleaning it themselves or not at all! Our cleaning fee is worth every penny!

In order to keep prices economical, food, groceries and beverages are not provided. This is a vacation rental and not a Bed and Breakfast.

This place was just what we were looking for during our stay for an event at the Palmer Events Center in Austin. I love to walk and it was a nice one to and from the venue. It is quiet, serene, clean, and comfortable.

We stayed at the property for nine nights; we found the location to be pretty good with lots to do up and down South Lamar St. The amenities were all functional, and the layout of the suite was very good for relaxing. It was as advertised and would recommend it to others if the location works for you vs the busier downtown area. The host was communicative and left us to our own which we prefer as well. The location is excellent, within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is included which is a nice perk. Communication with the host was also easy and quick. For the price, this is an excellent choice. I wanted to give them 5 stars but there is room for improvement: 1. Water pressure is bad. Water is warm but the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. Simple fix with a new shower head. 2. There was an odd smell of musk or lack of circulation when I arrived, perhaps a candle or deeper clean could eliminate that odor. 3. No in unit laundry. While there is onsite laundry I honestly thought it was in unit. Perhaps it was my mistake, nevertheless be aware it’s not in the unit or free. Overall I think a 4 is a fair review. If the two items above are addressed this could easily be a 5 star location.

Nicely decorated. Clean. Easy Parking. Would be nice to have coffee, bath mat , and a few more towels for 5 nights but we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was well kept, clean and well equipped. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood not far from shops and restaurants and was in a good location for visiting other parts of the city. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have but we arrived late at night to no wifi which meant no means of contacting Tobin. Luckily a neighbour helped us out the following morning and when we messaged Tobin he replied that the router was broken. It would have been nice to know that when we arrived and to be given alternatives to try. Tobin responded to both my messages but the lack of wifi was a problem for us.

My daughter and I came in for a family wedding. We had a packed 4 1/2 days. The property was clean and easy to find. We didn’t need a lot of space since we basically just slept there and ate breakfast. Tobin was easy to work with.

The condo was very clean and cozy, the perfect size for the 2 of us. Tobin sent me all the information beforehand so the check in process was a breeze. The location is close to pretty much anything you could need or want, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood and complex, which makes it the perfect rest and relaxation spot after a day on the run.

I loved my stay here! I just moved to the city and needed something for an entire month while I got settled. This unit is really nice and comfortable, it has everything you could need and is close to everything! The check in process was a breeze and I always felt safe. Things to keep in mind: there is no in unit laundry, only on sight and it only takes coins the tv is standard cable, luckily I had my chrome cast with me but if you’re someone who only watched streaming i recommend bringing a stick/casting device Other than that I loved my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice clean place to stay in one of the best parts of Austin!

We had a great stay! Place was just as we expected. Nice residential location within walking distance to places to eat. We tried out Loro and enjoyed Asian cuisine paired with brisket!! Also went to Patika cafe. Good coffee and breakfast. Overall, very happy with our experience! Tobin was a reliable and helpful host!

Everything about our stay at this property was convenient and efficient. The place was spotlessly clean for our arrival. The keypad entry was very easy and made checking in very quick after a long journey. The neighbourhood and other residents were nice and quiet and this was a very special and cosy vacation for us. This was the first time that me and my partner had a vacation together and the accommodation allowed us to have a quiet romantic break which was just what we needed. Thank you to everyone involved, I would recommend this place to everyone who needs some convenient lodgings in Austin close to everything you need in the city, especially if you drive. Next time I come to Austin I will look up this place before any other. Thank you!

We came to Austin for a charity event . This was the perfect place for our stay. It was 3 miles from 6th street and 4 miles from the event center. The condo was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pull-out couch was perfect for our 3rd person, who was 6'3". Would definitely stay here again and reccomend to anyone coming to downtown Austin.

The location of the property is amazing along w/ the sites to see in the area. However when we got to the property we had some issues inside the location that should’ve been addressed before our stay! Overall we did not dwell on it and went on to have a delightful stay in Austin.

Spent a long weekend here and everything was wonderful! East check-in and check-out, clean, good location (we did have a car), accessible, comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend!

The place was ideally located for us. The price was ok and the unit was generally clean. Negatives were aplenty. There was a used coffee filter and coffee grinds in the coffee maker. Very limited kitchen utensils. We purchased plastic glasses and paper plates to get through week. There was no bureaus in bedroom .so we went to hang up clothes and there were about 3 hangers in closet so we had to purchase them there was burnt out bulbs in bedroom, kitchen and outside the door. Smoke alarm needed a battery so we purchased that and there were no washcloths or dish towels. Overall needed a paint job and ceiling had some water stains and loose plaster. So there you have it. Was disappointed but like I said it was suitably located. Ken seltman

Very accurate description of the apartment. It is on the second floor and is a little older place but very neat and clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Nice and central. Lyft rides were available and I walked to a lot of the places I went to. I recommend it? Check out Austin detours if you want a nice selection of tours! Trace was awesome!

Great place to stay with your significant other or friend. I thought the place was pretty clean and it had everything we needed. The water pressure was okay, not the best but wasn’t too much of an issue. It’s in a pretty good location and you can easily get a Lyft if you needed. Check in and check out process was easy and Tobin was very informative and easy to communicate with. Will most likely stay here again!

I recommend this 1 bedroom apartment. It is clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished in a quiet location. A couple of things, super easy to address that moved me to 4-stars. There were only 5 hangars, not enough for me and I was just one person staying for a few days. There were no glasses. There were two coffee cups for drinking. Finally, and I have no idea why this was the case, but the wifi doesn't work at all in the bedroom. It's a very compact unit and the router is in the bedroom, but I didn't get any wifi signal in there. I did get wifi in the dining room and living room, though sometimes the signal was weak. I did e-mail the owner about the hangars and glassses but never got a response.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and the few hiccups we encountered with cleanliness weren't that big of an issue. However, communications with the owner were not acknowledged in a timely manner which made things a bit inconvenient. Otherwise would have rated this rental 5 stars.

Very Clean and well maintained and well equipped condo. A little on the small and basic side rather than large and luxurious. Floors and walls had some dings. But spotless clean (and I’m a clean freak), very quiet and peaceful, and a very convenient location. Easy check in with digital lock and good communication and responsiveness by owner. Highly recommend for a nice, quiet, clean, basic place.
