Proudly renovated by its owner, Merindah provides the perfect blend of modern charm and relaxation. Pets are warmly welcomed, so your furry friends can join in the holiday fun for a fee of $100 per pet per stay.
The Space:
Escape to Merindah, a spacious coastal retreat perfect for families or groups. This stunning property features three airy bedrooms upstairs, including a king-sized master, a queen bedroom, and a twin room, along with a luxurious bathroom offering a separate bath, shower, dual vanities, and an additional toilet room.
The open-plan design effortlessly blends a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living space with expansive front and side decks, ideal for soaking up the tranquil surroundings. Air conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort.
The self-contained studio downstairs adds versatility, with a queen bed, TV, kitchenette, and private bathroom, plus laundry facilities and a second fridge/freezer. Two undercover carports and a wrap-around deck with BBQ facilities and outdoor seating provide convenience and the perfect setting for entertaining.
Stay connected with available Wi-Fi, but be aware Vodafone may not work, and other mobile networks can be patchy. Embrace the natural beauty of the area, where visits from local wildlife like lizards, frogs, and birds add to the charm of this serene retreat.

Agnes Water and the Town of 1770 are surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.
Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.
We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities. A
long the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short walk to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
A vibrant market takes places between Agnes Water & 1770 every second Sunday morning.
Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.
There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.
There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.
Nearest airports: Gladstone and Bundaberg - 75 kilometres.
Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 2 kilometres away.
