Beautiful and Typical old restored Portuguese farmhouse set on very large and quiet piece of land and only few minutes walk to the beaches Praia do Vau and Praia do Alemão where you will find firts the blue sea and its gently lapping waves, then the golden sands framed by cliffs and rocks. Quinta do Sol is located about 3 km from Portimão , 2 km from Alvor and 1 km from Praia da Rocha.The Alto Golf course is only 5 minutes walk from the house. The villa as a spacious and comfortable living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of which are ensuite) , large dining room with table for 10 persons , and kitchen full equipped. Very large terrace as well as charming undercover BBQ area at swimming pool. It allows you to have the best of both worlds, the peacefull surroundings and the short distance to shops and restaurants.
