Nice apartment in older building

The 2 bedroom apartment has a modern interior, well equipped kitchen and nice amenities which deserves an 8 score. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady who lives on the floor below, providing us with two sets of keys. The apartment was warm and comfortable, nice hot water. A few minutes walk to underground train station and good size REWE supermarket.

The 3rd floor apartment itself is lovely, but it is in an older building that has a single timber internal stairway without fire resistant doors, no lift. Walls in the bathroom are continually wet due to a lack of ventilation.

Chilled city stay

Fairly quiet city location near the centre, nearby wholefood shops and breakfast cafes. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was functional.

Not a dislike really, but Monday and Wednesday morning seem to be bin days, but with the windows shut, you wouldn't hear much.

Lovely apartment not too far from city centre and trams.

Clean, modern and spacious. Bonus having a washing machine! Neighbours within the building were friendly and helpful also.

The stairs could be an issue for some people with luggage or mobility issues. However this is mentioned in the listing and we knew what to expect so it didn’t affect us.

Everything is perfect!

The room is big and comfortable. Every facility we may need is well-prepared. Location is convenient, walking distance to 2 matro stations. We all enjoyed staying in this appartment.

Exceptional

This was one of the best apartments we stayed at! It has absolutely everything one would need, down to tampons and toothpaste! Thank you so much to the host for all the work they have put into making the apartment what it is. This apartment is downstairs, so it didn't heat up as much during the day. So important during the German summer! The apartment is big, with spacious bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom! We loved the washing machine and the dryer!

local is good that you can find many shops for your daily need & even the vegetable with good price, Clean & quite, facility is good with nice kitchen, you and find every things you need in apartment to cook a meal.

except the location is a little bit far from the metro station with about 10mins walking. It's not so convenient for a rainy day. Others are very good !

Wonderful house, nice host and excellent service!

We were exhibiting at ECS, the host agreed to accept our DHL parcel of brochures and place it at the house free of charge. It is really such a pleasant stay! Meanwhile, there is garage, which made my stay more wondful!

Everything is fantastic, nothing could be better.

Clean and good apartment but lacked respect of privacy from the host.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location is quite good for free parking and relatively quiet area. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and serve a full meal which was great.

The host came in while we were checking out and started cleaning while we were still taking our stuff out of the apartment which was uncomfortable and inacceptable. The host came in with their dog and used one of the kitchen bowls to feed the dog in front of us which made us wonder how clean the dishes really were as as a pet owner I would never use my personal dishes to feed my dog for hygiene purposes and would rather always have their own bowl in hand to feed them. Would have really wished for a better respect of privacy and for the host to allow us to leave comfortably before coming in and starting to clean.

The property was in a good location. The price was ok. The rooms were quiet.

The rooms were old . Mixed match bedding . Tiny pillows ( which we did manage to get more ) Old towels.. Could do with some new bedding and towels

Overall - very good.

It was very straightforward to get from airport to the local metro station. From there it was 3 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment itself was in contrast to the appearance of the building from outside. Inside the apartment, it was lovely, modern, clean and light. It had all the equipment that we needed to prepare food for our young family. Because of this, it was a superior option to staying in a hotel room. The host was very thoughtful; she provided small things like toothpaste, toiletries, cooking oil, coffee, teabags. She also provided a travel cot & a high chair. Bedrooms were a decent size. Slept well. WiFi was very stable. Overall we were very satisfied.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, nicely decorated. The flat is well equipped and bright. We felt very comfortable there.

Superb

The cleanliness and facilities. Nice that coffee was already there. The woman who welcomed the woman who welcomed us was very friendly.

Well for us a bit older folks, the walk into town was manageable, but after a long day it seemed like a trek. But it is doable if you aren't so tired.

Great option if you don't want to be confined to a hotel room.

We used a taxi to get to the apartment but the underground is just up the road with a direct train to the airport. We where met on arrival and given all relevant information. Apartment is a good size with all you will need for your stay. The shower was very powerful which was great as the weather was very hot. You can walk to two supermarkets and there is a few bars and restaurants in the general area.. Nuremberg is a very compact city and is easily reached on foot. Will definitely check out this property if returning to Nuremberg.

All good, nothing bad to report.

Great if you're looking for an apartment stay instead of just a hotel experience.

The fact that they're actual apartments with kitchen.

Heating wasn't working well, and the WiFi never worked at all.

Details matter

The apartment was very spacious with clever solutions, and it seems like the hosts have really thought of the guests as people who have needs rather than just a source of income; there was a transit map as a picture, separate modem for tha apartment (not shared within the building), new and unused sponge in the kitchen, plenty of power sockets etc. - it's the small things that matter and make life easier. And the location to the city center was great.

The staircase leading up to the apartment (3th floor) was quite narrow, so carrying luggage was a little cumbersome. There was no elevator available.

Basic but very comfortable and clean apartment

Very spacious and clean. The location is very close to the city center. Around the corner are two nice bar/restaurant/cafes.

Finding a parking spot is really difficult. The apartment is on the 3th floor without an elevator. Beware if you are traveling with large luggage
