Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, Crock-Pot, and all the spices you need to whip up delicious meals. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a washer/dryer, linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, and pool towels.
Parking & Location:
Conveniently located just 3.7 miles from the iconic London Bridge and a short distance to downtown bars and restaurants, you'll have easy access to all the area's attractions. Parking is a breeze with space for 3 cars in front of the garage, 4 cars in the front driveway, plus room for boat or RV parking.

Other Things to Note:
Hot tub is free to heat. Pool Heating is $50/a day. **Once you have been given access you'll be charged for the duration of your stay.
Basic Rules:
At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
