About this house rental
This holiday home is located in a small holiday complex with 2 other holiday homes and is situated directly on the Schlabornsee, in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, on a 3,500 m² separate lake property. A restaurant is approx. 1 km away, a bakery and shopping facilities are approx. 2 km away. The 3 houses are in close proximity to each other. This holiday home is approx. 65 sqm large, equipped with electric heating Finnhütte for up to 5 people has on the ground floor a conservatory with lake view (dining table, couch), another living room on the opposite side (sofa bed, flat screen TV), a kitchen (passage room, dining table, electric hotplates, refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, toilet). In the upper area (via a STEEP staircase!) there is 1 double bed and 2 single beds opposite.
Parking spaces, a fishing and bathing jetty, bicycles (free of charge), barbecue, campfire site and boat hire (for a fee) are available for all guests.
Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax, energy consumption, boat hire if required (rowing boat 20 EUR/day (6 h), motorboat, 2.5 HP: small 45 EUR/day, medium 55 EUR/day (6 h), kayak/canoe 35 EUR/day), mooring for own boats 2 EUR/metre/day.
Zechlinerhütte is an attractive holiday resort in the Rheinsberg lake district in Brandenburg and a district of the town of Rheinsberg. Zechlinerhütte is located in the middle of a wooded and lake-rich environment directly on the Schlabornsee. The surrounding lakes offer ideal conditions for water sports enthusiasts and anglers. The area is particularly attractive for water hikers, as the many bodies of water in the region are all interconnected. Cyclists and hikers can also enjoy an excursion in the undisturbed and peaceful nature of the region. The forests offer good conditions for bird and game watching or mushroom picking. There is a small pub and a shop with a bakery in the village. The larger supermarket and railway station are around 2 km away. The nearest motorway access is around 40 km away. The nearest lake is the Große Zechliner See and is about 2 km away. Rheinsberg is about 12 km away. Rheinsberg is a state-recognised health resort. Thanks to the Prussian Crown Prince Friedrich, who resided in the rococo castle in Rheinsberg in the 18th century, the town became a flourishing cultural centre and inspired Kurt Tucholsky and Theodor Fontane, among others. Today, the castle grounds, which also house a theatre, the Chamber Opera and the Kurt Tucholsky Museum, host the annual Chamber Opera Festival and other musical events. In addition to the picturesque old town with its numerous restaurants and cafés, the town's visitor attractions include passenger boats, boat and bicycle hire and a swimming centre on Lake Grienericksee. The Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle route is just 20 kilometres away.
