Wendy's Cottage has four bedrooms; one king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, one double with TV, two twins with TV. There’s a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There’s a kitchen/diner with a Smart TV, electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, a utility room and a sitting room with a Smart TV. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed, multilevel rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
