Beautiful home. Fit all our needs. The host was pleasant and had great communication. The only negative would be no AC. But this July was definitely hotter than any July we have ever been in McCall.

The house was great, lots of room, clean and close to town. Would definitely stay again.

This house was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and organized, I appreciated that they had plastic plates and utensils specifically for children so I didn't have to worry every time my kids ate a meal. My kids had the best time playing with the toys in the kids room upstairs. Although there is no air conditioning, it was so nice that there were many fans provided. We always bring our own but didn't even have to use them because they were actually there for us this time. We loved having multiple tables, we used one for the group to eat and the other was perfect to play board games. The furniture was so comfortable and we loved having multiple options for us to sit in different areas. The fire pit in the back was so much fun and we loved spending time in the backyard. The only negative was that the main door battery lock was dead so we had to only use the garage entrance but we were notified before our arrival so it wasn't an issue. I would absolutely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this home! It was huge, well thought out and oh so comfortable! We stayed with our toddler and were delighted to see it came equipped with toys, games and toddler dishware in addition to all the amenities us adults needed! We had ample space for adults to relax and cook while the kids ran around. Not to mention, the deer stopped by for a visit each day at the back door!
Absolutely will stay here every time we come to McCall!

We loved this property. Probably the best rental we have ever stayed at. The size was great for a lot of people and we had 8 adults and there was plenty of space. Loved the two living areas. We used one for TV and family time and the other for family games. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of towels and blankets!
Thanks for the great accommodations!

The home had plenty of bed and bath. The front stair had caution tape broken had to go in by going up one flight of stairs with no railings. We had older people in party that a problem with the stairs. Two rugs one in living room and one in family room smelled like cat pee.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a nice little getaway! The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious and the backyard was a nice area to hang out, there were even deer that came to visit. It’s less than 5 minutes away from the beach and from some restaurants and bars that were a lot of fun to explore. Matt was very helpful because their emails are a little hard to navigate at first but he explained it all to me and was also available through our stay, if he missed my call, he called back within the hour. He also made scheduling and rescheduling very easy for me. The only things that I noticed that put a damper on the stay was that the rules were very strict about the number of people at the house but at the same time, 10 people is a lot to have at a house without something happening so I totally understood. Also the hot tub wasn’t available at the house like I thought I would but appliances can be tricky. All and all it was an amazing trip!

Our family loved the house. The location is close to downtown McCall and the city beaches. We walked/ rode bikes into town. We also took the side by side to the top of Brundage Mountain. it's a 9 mile ride start to finish. Super convenient and fun. The backyard was quiet and a nice place to hangout in the evening. Patio furniture was quite nice and the adirondack chairs around the firepit were charming.
It's hard to tell from pictures, but the floorplan is great. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and the main floor has the master, two living areas and a large kitchen. Very nice appliances (possibly the quietest dishwasher I've ever used) and everything worked well. We were able to park 5 cars in the driveway. Only complaint I'm passing on to the property manager was that the automatic garbage can didn't work. I think it was just dead batteries. Really, a well maintained property and lovely spot. I'm dreaming of staying here again. :)

The home was well furnished, clean and located in a wonderful neighbor close to town and the lake. The only problem was that the property manager was not welcoming . The rule of limiting the number of people on the property made it impossible to invite a guest over.

Wonderful home
This home was wonderful for our family vacation! Lots of spaces to gather and a great backyard. We all appreciated that the kitchen was very well appointed and had everything labeled so you knew where things were kept! We loved having the garage space for all the toys. The home also had very comfortable beds and bedding. Just a great home in the mountains that has very easy access to town. We all loved it!

Wonderful Christmas Vac.
We had a great family vacation. The home was easy to find, super clean, well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies. Loved all the space, people could spread out and have plenty of room. Highlight was the deer that visited the back door everyday, super cool.

This was a great house for what we needed. Lots of space for everyone in our party. Very comfortable.
The only complaint I have is that the property manager said to contact within 24 hours of arriving for early check in. I sent a text message to the number given and got no response. I called the other number listed and he advised I had sent a text to the wrong number. He said we would be able to get in a couple hours early but that he had to disinfect some things in the house and take care of snow removal. He also advised there was a broken towel rack in the upstairs bathroom and he wouldn't have time to fix it if we were to get in early. Great, no problem for us. When we were finally given the go ahead to get in the house, there was no snow removed, my husband actually got the snow blower out to clear out the driveway. We were uanble to use the outside stairs up to the house because they were covered in snow. The back deck was covered in snow. Due to the lack of tracks in the snow, no one had stayed at the house, at least the day before us. There was no reason the snow couldn't have been removed and the towel rack fixed (not a big deal) prior to our stay.
I also texted the property manager at the number he told me to, regarding the television, and never got a response.
Loved the house, I believe the property manager needs to stay on top of keeping the house ready to go ahead of time.

Matt Caldwell is not an honest host.
Matt Caldwell shouted and became beligerant over the phone. I asked him to stop shouting and calm down. His accusations of a "broken bed" were completely false as the bed frame was never properly constructed in the first plhe fraace. Two of the center slats in the frame popped out onto the floor when my family member laid down on top of the bed. We put the slats in the closet to bring this to the host's attention. The slats are not broken, nor is the bed. The frame needs to be correctly reconstructed. Also, I booked this house through Airbnb but Matt sent separated receipts and rental contracts through his company McCall Outfitters which is misleading. I've never had any issues with Airbnb, but will never use McCall Outfitters. I recommend avoiding any business with Matt Caldwell as he is not honest, and is a bully.

Comfortable House - No Air Conditioner
This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house that is very comfortable and spacious. It has a large kitchen with adequate cooking utensils and supplies like salt, sugar and cooking oil. It has a Keurig coffee maker. The refrigerator is modern, nice, stainless steel finish; in good condition. The Internet connection is good, fast. Great laundry room. 2 car garage. House feels like it has been updated recently with new windows. Very clean inside. Had been recently painted. The furniture is nice, better than average for a VRBO house with 3 leather couches in the large family room area that are new and in very good shape. Between the couches is a very large, heavy rustic wood coffee table suitable for playing family games atop. There is a large dining table, a bar with stools in the kitchen and a circular breakfast are table with stools. Plenty of room for many people to eat. The master bedroom with bath are on the main floor. The master bed has a very high quality mattress and is comfortable with good pillows. There is a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a large walk-in shower with several spray heads and a wide counter top. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower/tub. Two upstairs bedrooms have large beds - king or queen size. The final (4th) bedroom has twin bunkbeds for 4 people to sleep. All the bedrooms have a flat screen tv with remote control. There is a small living room on the back side of the house with windows looking past the porch to the backyard. It has nice furniture and would be a good place for 4 or 5 people to sit for conversation. There is a large wooden porch with a 6 chair table with umbrella -- which we used. There are a few more chairs and a gas grill. The porch is large and will probably get much use. If you have a large party, you may want more seating, perhaps folding chairs, on the porch. The backyard has grass and a fire pit with quite a few (8 or more) Adirondack type outdoor chairs arranged in a circle. This is an excellent place for group gatherings around the fire, a good place to roast marshmallows. This season in McCall was bad for mosquitoes everywhere. So, bring repellent. However, the mosquitoes were not a problem on the wooden porch. The house is decorated with lake and snow related articles - such as paddles and skis. You get the impression that the house owners are nice people. Note: there is no air conditioning which was okay for us even in July. But be aware.

Great home/location!
We throughly enjoyed a winter weekend escape at Eagle's Landing. The location is fantastic for access to town and Brundage. The floor plan is perfect for families/multiple families as there are common areas the adults and kids can hang out separately. The house is in great condition and well appointed. We'll be returning.

A wonderful place to stay.
This great home allowed for our family to have the great time together. It's comfy, roomy and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for dinners by the fire.

Amazing Property!
We loved everything about the property itself! There was plenty of literally anything you could think of in terms of kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities. The picture really don’t do it justice. It was a great place for our group to reconnect. The kids loved seeing the deers out in the backyard every morning. The beds were comfortable and well laid out. The town was great. I highly recommend the breweries if you are into craft beer. My only issue was with the check in process. It took a hot minute to get the check in procedures and get access to the property itself. This is certainly no reflection on the property itself or the town. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, just maybe give yourself 24-48 hours to figure out the check in procedures.

Comfy and fun.
Nice and clean comfortable home, large enough to easily allow for a fun family time together.

We enjoyed our stay here with life long friends very much! This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kids saw deer in the back yard and we loved having dinner on the back porch. Thank you very much

Beautiful Home!
We really enjoyed our stay at Eagle's Landing. It is a beautiful, spacious home. I loved that there were several living areas to hang out and lots of options for sitting down to eat with the bar, kitchen table, outdoor table and the dining room table which we never ended up using. We really enjoyed watching dear come and go in the backyard during the day and roasting marshmallows at night. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen and the convection oven was a major plus. I would definitely stay here again. The house is in a great location, close to the lake, the grocery store, downtown and some great restaurants.

We really enjoyed this house. It had all newer furniture and appliances and was very clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were the most well stocked of any rental I have stayed in, they even had drinks in the refrigerator. Matt, the property manager was responsive and easy to work with during our visit. We hope to return some day
