No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 8 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 8 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
Beach towels are not provided.

GAS BBQ:
Propane not included. Guests can order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form. They may also purchase or swap out tanks at the local market or hardware store.

OUTDOOR FIRES:
Other than the proper use of gas firepits, all other outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

FIREWOOD:
Firewood is not provided for guest use.

PARKING:
Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles.
Garage not available.

STAIRS:
This property has interior & exterior stairways.
There are several steps from the driveway to the homes entrance.

CHILDREN:
Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.
Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof.

PETS/ANIMALS:
No pets.
No animals.
No exceptions.
PET POLICY IS FIRM.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.
The entire fee goes to PML HOA.

Access permits are non-refundable.
