About this house rental
The main floor living room has a large flat screen television mounted above an appealing electric fireplace that can be used year-round. This amazing feature will add ambiance to your evenings. The living room boasts two comfortable reclining sofas and a loveseat for your relaxation. The oversized windows let in abundant sunlight and views and there are three access points to the beach side deck. The open floor plan puts the living, kitchen, dining and bar all together for your gatherings. The dining table can seat 7, the bar 4 and there is an outside picnic table.
The downstairs/ground level has street side and enclosed garage entry access to a bonus room that is suited for family fun and games. There is a regulation foosball table for friendly competition and entertainment along with a seating area for visiting or game play. A small full bath is also located on this level.

Location:
This vacation rental is located approximately 1.4 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
