Upon entering, you are greeted by the living room, tastefully furnished with refined accessories, such as the original sideboards that add a touch of charm. Here you will spend pleasant moments in company, chatting or reading a book on the two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Next to it, the dining table comfortably seats up to 8 people. The kitchen, open onto the living room, is fully equipped with all appliances and the necessities to prepare lunches and dinners as at home, or prepare an aperitif or breakfast to be enjoyed on the terrace. Equipped with a table and four chairs, it is perfect for pleasant moments in the open air during the summer, an ideal place to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and a small glimpse of Lake Lugano. The three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people and offer a variety of accommodation options: a standard double room, a second double room with a king-size bed, and the third room with a sofa bed, consisting of two single beds (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we feel it is only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The flat has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a whirlpool bath, for long moments of relaxation. Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. The flat has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available. The flat has a private parking space in the shared garage. Smoking is prohibited. All commercial activity is forbidden inside the flat.
