Round About is a great choice for families with children of all ages. The town of Southern Shores offers sound access for the little ones to splash around in or give crabbing a try. There's also a park, for the more active kids, with a basketball hoop and a soccer goal.
To “round” it all up, you can start each morning with your cup of coffee on the screened-in porch listening to the beach call to you. A short walk will get you to relaxing, semi-private ocean beaches. Come off the beach and into the outdoor shower. While gathering together for dinner on the deck, you can map out your evening walk along the quiet, wooded streets of this family-friendly neighborhood… and plan the next day's events and adventures.
